The phone number goes nowhere, the email bounces back, and when you message them on Facebook messenger (as the website suggests!) you only get an automated response saying your message has been passed on- there is literally no way to get in touch with anyone.Also, this hotel room is without a doubt the loudest hotel room I’ve ever been in. Even with the windows closed, it’s impossible to sleep, let alone if it’s warm and you need the window open.The room itself is fine, as depicted, but based on the fact we literally cannot get a moments rest and can’t communicate with anyone, we are abandoning our reservation to stay somewhere else and losing the money.

Boutique hotel? Das Salz is a rather below average Hostel… A real disappointment!The web presentation, photos and design of the accommodation - everything looks really great. Unfortunately, when you arrive at the location, the reality is completely different. You will arrive at the accommodation on a busy street and in an unsightly neighborhood that has seen the worst of it - chipped walls, broken equipment, dirt...We thought it was only the fault of our Urban Hideaway room. Unfortunately, after changing our room to a Garden View, we discovered that this problem is most likely with all rooms. In order not to write only negatives, the staff at the breakfasts at the accommodation were very nice and tried to help us.If you like a nice environment and cleanliness, better choose another accommodation.BTW.:The solution to changing the room was not easy at all - first of all, it was not possible to call the indicated phone number (the accommodation does not have a reception desk), then, without our knowledge, unmarked cleaners with a dubious appearance, who could not speak English, were sent to our room without our knowledge, and after we had a request to change the room, the gentleman on the phone lied to us that "the hotel is probably completely full", so it would not be possible to make a change (I checked the occupancy and they had about 7 rooms available on the booking). Such communication upon arrival was not pleasant.

Honestly rooms and cleaning service were good. But the staff at the cafe is rude, the lady over there instead of addressing the concern she recommended us to go and stay at another property. I will not recommend this place because there is no cooperation in case of any issues whether it is related to food or rooms.

Pictures of the Das Salz hotel online and reality are two completely different things. Somebody paid lot of attention to make online image od this place very seductive and beautiful, reality is way much worse - dirty bathroom, damaged furniture and unpleasant surounding.One extra star for nice and helpful staff at breakfasts (however to reach management on phone was nightmare).

The hotel room was lovely, and very close to a SPAR (grocery store) and the Paracelsus Medical University. The breakfast I had at the cafe was delicious (and vegan).

A cute little boutique hotel, which probably has everything you will need during your stay. The rooms were very comfortable, with a stunning design. Apart from that Sebastian, the host is an amazing guy, who is always willing to give you tips and tricks about the city and nearby areas. They also have a wonderful little cafe, which serves great coffee and food.

We stayed for one night. The digital check in was super fast, was able to register before online. Rooms are neat, very clean and very cute ( not big but no problem 😉)The only thing is that parking is at a different spot - and was extra.The breakfast staff and buffet were great ! They even had gluten free Bread 🥖😍

Our stay at Das Salz was absolutely amazing. The rooms were very modern and clean. Our room was overlooking the street, but the noise was very well isolated.Check-in was easy, as we received our code and instructions per e-mail after booking.The location of the hotel is near the city centre, which you can reached by foot or a few minute drive by public transport (stop is 2 minute walk from the hotel).We also had breakfast in the café, which was very good and inexpensive compared to other places we've went in de city.
