The area around this hotel was not impressive. The hotel had stairs going up to it from the sidewalk and up to the elevator, which is very inconvenient for people with disability's and/or a lot of luggage. The hotel was not the cleanest. The rooms/bathroom were extremely small - the shower could barley even fit one person in it and the sink was touching the toilet. Conditioner and body lotion were also not included in the bathroom. The service also was mediocre at best. This was also very disappointing for how much the hotel costed. We typically stay in very nice 4-5 start hotels that cost less than this. I would not stay here again.

I want to share a recent experience with Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Munich. My friend had to cancel her trip due to a challenging medical situation, and the hotel graciously refunded her booking and waived any penalties. Their understanding and support during this difficult time were truly heartwarming. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service and compassion.

My frined, who was to stay at Leonado Boutique hotel in Munich, has told me about her experience and I would like to state that this hotel has defenately the best supportive staff, the understanding approach, the high service of real great profeesionals and humanity. I would defenately recommend my friends to stay at this hotel, and if ever travel to Munic, my only recommended stop, is gonna be in this wonderful butique hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The hotel deliberately plays with overbooking. When we arrived they said there was "a problem and there were no rooms left". We and a few other guests did not receive the room we had booked for a lot of money (some of the guests were even sent to another hotel on the outskirts of the city). In the end I had to sleep in separate single rooms with my partner. In addition, the hotel is so dirty that several cockroaches crawl through the room. The furnishings are so old that you have the feeling that the whole room is falling on your head (the elevator to the 5th floor doesn't work, the air conditioning is so loud that you think you're sleeping next to a waterfall, the rooms are so noisy that... you can hear everything and everyone in the hallway and next door). We were robbed of our money and our vacation and the hotel did not accommodate us adequately.

Approximately 30 minutes walk from the train station. It is central and is a good place to stay if you want to walk to various tourist places and restaurants. The rooms are a little narrow, they are fine for one person, but a little uncomfortable for two. Unfortunately when we went the elevator was not working and going up to the 4th floor every day was somewhat tiring.The staff is friendly and cordial.

We arrive on Monday night and they tell us that the elevator is broken (rooms on the third floor).No help with loading luggage nor do they offer an alternative. They claim that they have sent us an informative email. False, we received it on Tuesday morning. In that email they do offer other hotels in the chain but, with all the luggage already distributed, we don't have time to consider it. Comments from other customers show that the elevator has been broken for at least a week.The rooms are ridiculously small. The bathroom is tiny and there is no space even for toothbrushes.The toilet door is glass. Zero privacy.There is no minibar.At least there are no complaints regarding cleanliness.A nice touch, coffee maker in the room.In short: five days arriving at the hotel exhausted after a whole day of visits, sit-ins and walks, with the prospect of climbing three floors as a reward.They must give away the four stars in Munich. In Spain I couldn't stand even three.

A small hotel that has seen better times and even the efforts to create relatively new rooms didn't change my impression. The hotel would like to present itself as a 4 star hotel (not Dehoga certified) but is at best a 3 star hotel, due to the room size of 17m² etc. The room prices during Adele were already cheeky.The staff is friendly by default, but don't expect too much. The room on the 5th floor was clean enough, if you ignore the poorly functioning and germy air conditioning. The elevator was broken during my 4 day week and if it wasn't due to a spare part, as a hotelier you should really prioritize getting the part repaired. My conclusion is that I felt more comfortable even in foreign hostels than in this Leonardo Hotel.

I assumed that I would get a parking space in the immediate area as described, no, you can only park for 2 hours!The hotel only has 4 parking spaces 😏.The elevator was broken and no help was offered.We came back after our birthday party and the room was stuffy and almost unbearable.In the morning we found out that we had air conditioning but it wasn't turned on by the hotel, after that it was ok.Bathroom super small but ok.The hotel is very noisy and a bit old.The positive thing is the location👍.However, I wouldn't book it again for this high price range.
