And our stay in October this year showed us once again that we had once again chosen the absolutely right hotel in Salzburg - a perfect stay with a wonderful and delicious dinner in your restaurant.Perfect for a stay in Salzburg by car. This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel when we were in Salzburg for business. The first time we booked a suite so that we could work easily in the hotel. The "old" air conditioning at the time disturbed the night's sleep a little. But the staff tried everything possible... another suite, etc. We were told that it should be replaced, but there were delays due to COVID. And We were there again at the end of April. We were upgraded to a junior suite - thank you at this point - and this time we were able to sleep undisturbed on the top floor. The restaurant also fulfilled our wishes very well.

The overall service is terrible. When I checked in, I walked in silently like a homeless person. When I told the hotel counter, he said "no". I didn't like the smell of shower gel and shampoo (a matter of opinion). After adjusting the water temperature, I silently It's getting colder and then getting hot again... There's not enough light in the room, two single beds make up one big bed, and the night isn't over yet... Worrying about breakfast the next day😭😭

The breakfast is at best worthy of a 3-star hotel. It was the most tasteless omelette in my life ( also about Caesar salad, which we ordered to room).Parking for hotel guests costs 18 euros per day, it's terrible. The shower stall has no door, and when you take a shower it floods the entire bathroom, it's disgusting, it's like you're in the middle of a swamp. The main advantage is hotel’s location. It’s convenient to get to the city center.

Perfect seminar experience – excellent service and vegan-friendly!We had a seminar in this hotel and I am more than thrilled! All courses of the meal were veganized for me without any problems - and the food was excellent.Particularly impressive: I was even thought of during the breaks, there were extra vegan snacks and even little things like vegan butter at the place setting!I only had to ask for a vegan option once and the team remembered the rest throughout the entire seminar period - consistently attentive and hospitable. You immediately feel comfortable and in good hands.Overall, an outstanding and courteous service that made our seminar a real success. I can only warmly recommend it!

Rooms 121, 122 are not suitable for relaxation! The mobile air conditioner is terribly loud. But unfortunately, it's hot without him.

A very good hotel, but unfortunately I lack experience in online booking. It is better to choose to pay online, which is cheaper. This time I chose to pay by card on site, but I found that I was charged an extra 36 euros for two days of parking and a fee I couldn't understand. Because I didn’t understand the language, I didn’t bother to worry about being charged an extra 40 euros by credit card, so I would have chosen to pay online if I had known better.

Well, it's a pretty old hotel. It gives the impression that you have good income, especially during the festival season, but little of it goes towards maintaining the hotel.Location and service good and also attentive.Room was quite old and worn out. Furniture is pretty worn and the bed is probably quite old too. The shower head in the shower sprays… you should probably pay more attention to that in this category. But the best thing is the water bottle - thank you, dear hotel team, for putting a used Vöslauer bottle filled with water in the room. I understood the note about refilling. But please either use a neutral bottle or leave it alone...everyone thinks that it is a Vöslauer mineral and a “gift” from the house 😅In the meeting room (old parish) there are cobwebs on the ceiling and the air conditioning is incredibly loud. Not particularly pleasant for meetings.Eating at Salieri is fine! 👍🏻 What bothered me was that visitors with dogs were not told that they had to put the mutts on a leash. You just don't do that in a hotel and especially not in a restaurant!

I stayed at this hotel for one day. The shower in the bathroom worked very poorly, the water didn’t drain, and as a result, a puddle formed. At 6 AM when I was leaving the hotel, an unprofessional staff member at the front desk, who barely spoke English, repeatedly asked if I had purchased some kind of breakfast.Instead of charging me 18 euros for parking, he demanded 21. He behaved very strangely, allowing himself to be rude and sarcastic. They also charged me a tourist tax upon departure, even though there was no mention of it on Booking.com. The room was booked with full prepayment.I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a nice lobby and an outward appearance of luxury. The façade is lovely and the gardens pleasant. ||Unfortunately, it is one of the least comfortable hotels l’ve stayed in while in Europe. …
