I have stayed a couple of times in this hotel already and will gladly come back. The hotel provides very good value for money, very comfortable beds and modern rooms. The rooms are very quiet which is very important to me. The rooms are cleaned on demand only. The service at the front desk is efficient but sometimes I needed to wait longer than expected. The breakfast offers a good variety and again good value for money. Even though it's a bit further away from my office than other hotels, I will choose Premier Inn again once I will be back in Munich.

We stayed 5 days. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. |The breakfast was great. We also enjoyed happy hour at the bar. They served food, but allowed us to bring in a pizza from the nearby pizzeria as we watched the Euro Cup. …

Stayed in a premier plus room for 3 nights - standard hotel experience, wouldn’t necessarily recommend but a few things stood out to us. The toilet paper is actually sandpaper.. byor (bring your own roll). The location is quite out of the way of most restaurants/bars/nightlife but manageable if you are comfortable taking the tram (north Schwabing station right outside the hotel!) or walking ~5km. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Reception staff were lovely and helpful as needed. The aldi being within the building was great! 0.89€/beer and decent selection of snacks to supplement if you don’t want to pay for the breakfast.

Our stay at the hotel was unfortunately a negative and disappointing experience. While the rooms were okay and clean, the service was truly appalling.Upon arrival, The receptionist's lack of hospitality was immediately noticeable. They were not welcoming, made no eye contact, and seemed disinterested in their customers. The only information we noticed was a promo for the happy hour on the 7th floor. We were not informed that housekeeping was on request before 12 PM. On our first night, after waiting till 1130 AM my partner went to the reception to inquire. The receptionist started blaming him that we were informed upon arrival, then promised to request and send them ASAP.When housekeeping failed to arrive by 2 PM, I went to the reception, unaware that my partner had already done so. The receptionist again blamed us for being informed, despite my repeated explanation and obviously they did not take any note that my partner came earlier. They eventually send HK to make up the room while we were out.The morning of our checkout, at 09 AM the housekeeping knocked on our door once and within seconds entered while we were nearly undressed without our consent. I had to push the door to avoid the staff member from seeing us naked, then he began speaking to me in German, further exacerbating the situation. I had no idea what he was trying to say. It's clear that this hotel has a serious lack of understanding regarding customer service and basic hospitality.

We had a good time here, we paid a bit more than we would like for this hotel but it was Oktoberfest so it was expected. The service was very good, the room was clean and in good condition.

I stayed at the priemer inn August 30th to September 2nd. Entering the hotel, you have a small sitting room and two elevators. Reception is on the 6th floor along with the bar, and where the breakfast buffet is served. We were given our key cards for room 139. The elevator requires you to tap your card if you are going to any floor other than the lobby or reception. The room size was decent and the room was modern. One requirement is that your key card needs to be inserted in a slot by the room entrance door in order for things to work.We reserved our room several weeks in advance yet didn't actually get what we reserved. We reserved a double sized bed yet got two single sized. The bathroom was decent, although the toilet seat looked like it could use a decent cleaning. The hinges are the toilet seat were very dirty. Dried urine. I used the bird nest technique. One of the walls next to the bed had some stains on it. Looked like a spilt drink. Perhaps easily cleaned with a wet cloth. The shower was new, but very small. The glass door doesn't seal completely. They leave a towel there to place against the door. A small inconvenience.Bed were comfortable. Extra pillows available. A small desk, and 2 chairs in the room. Nice sized tv, with 2 or 3 channels in English. The staff seems pleasant. One gentleman stood out. His name was Martin. He is polite, helpful, and professional. Everything a guest looks for in customer service.Transit is located in front of the hotel, and it's a 6 minute bus ride to the Studentenstadt train station. The buffet was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, lots of different bread, coffee, tea and juices, etc. What I did notice was that on the weekends they had fresh fruit available. On the weekdays they didn't.One other thing.. The central air in the hotel has issues. A couple of the nights staying there I was woken at 2:10am from noise being made for the central air vent. Loud noise. Also heard it during the day as well. It also doesn't have much pressure to it, as you turn it on and you can barely feel anything coming from it.Hope the review helps.

The receptionist (a heavy set young man with glasses and another slim man with blondish hair) were arrogant and condescending. They said they did not offer bottled water and told me to "drink out of the tap." …

Clean room. Nice hotel a bit far from the city center but very good connected with public transport. The breakfast is too expensive for what you get, poor variety. The common areas are so perfumed that you can get dizzy at times.

A decent, clean hotel not too far from Munich city centre. Parking is available at a fair price. Transport to the city centre requires a short bus and underground train ride. The rooms are in no way cramped with extremely comfortable beds, and the bathrooms have a good shower with excellent water pressure. The breakfast buffet is not bad, but a little pricey for what's on offer. The only thing that could do with a little attention is the bar - it seems to be very understaffed, and there is no option to put drinks on the room bill. Payment by card was also not possible. On one evening we had to pay for each round of drinks individually.Apart from that, a good hotel.
