Disgraceful hotelI booked the hotel through booking.com and immediately realized after completing the booking that I was wrong in the date by one day. I canceled the booking immediately and called the hotel. The reception was not manned, so I wrote an email. So the hotel had no trouble with my booking.However, the entire amount for the overnight stay was withheld, even after correspondence and after intervention via booking.com. I find this approach simply outrageous and will never set foot in this hotel. Apparently the hotel seems to need every euro. And if I only prevent one or two bookings with this review, it will have served its purpose.

Super nice hotel, completely renovated. Check in without any problems. Everything clean. Top location. Carina from reception was very nice and friendly. Mega good breakfast. And everyone is very nice. We would vacation in the region again in a heartbeat. Were at the Chiemsee Panorama six months ago and this hotel is also recommended.

A really nice little hotel. Unproblematic check-in, sufficient parking spaces available, modern and clean rooms. The hotel has a good location. Distance to Chiemsee by car is approx. seven minutes. We slept well. Great breakfast, something for everyone. Price performance is simply TOP and fair, we booked straight away! We'll be back, and next time for longer. It's really a very beautiful area.

Good location, uncomplicated check-in, excellent breakfast, very good service (requests were fulfilled), sufficient parking spaces directly in front of the house, clean rooms, but a bit noisy, modern and tasteful interior design.

Unfortunately I have to give one star. The hotel's facilities are okay - but it is incredibly loud. You can hear the people above you with every step, and you can hear your neighbors talking through the thin walls. I was woken up by the neighbor's cell phone vibrating. You really can't relax here, let alone sleep peacefully. It's a real shame - but the breakfast doesn't make up for it.

In itself a great hotel with unproblematic check-in. The breakfast was very tasty and everything you needed was there.I give so few points because: the hotel is incredibly noisy! We could hear every single word our roommates said and were woken up by another guest's alarm clock. Unfortunately, this is not for light sleepers.

I give the third star because the breakfast was good...except for the scrambled eggs but that's just a matter of taste, everyone likes it a little differently.For our transit...it was "OK" unfortunately not anymore...and we have traveled a lot in the last 2 weeks...Austria...Mittenwald...Lake Garda...Venice...Slovenia... .Wörthersee......and finally with you. Rooms very sporadic and careless 😕...but okay. We had a room in the attic and it would have been nice if the staff had closed the blinds and curtains in advance. It was 30 degrees outside and our room was heated up accordingly. Maybe take this with you when you think about something like that. We tend to get along with heat because we have an attic apartment ourselves ;) Unfortunately, the friendliness leaves a lot to be desired. That's why it feels like there are pictures hanging on every wall...how well the team...the colleagues...get along...and everyone is friends (which I think is great because as a boss I live it that way with my team) ...as a guest you notice little of it...or nothing at all. In previous comments I read that the rooms were not handed over clean... ours was cleanAfter we booked...and we stated that we were traveling with two small dogs. ..then the information comes..." when it is clear that the dog was lying on the couch (which had already seen its best days and reminds me of a teenager's bedroom couch) or in bed...an additional 80 euros will be charged to us. ..although we paid 12.50 per dog per night...which was only written after booking and payment, which we then paid in cash at the reception...I think it's a bit over the top.The fact that you always pay a little extra for dogs is absolutely legitimate and understandable to me, so don't take it the wrong way... but you can also overdo it. After all, you only clean the rooms every two days. The way you seem to treat each other... it would be nice if you lived this outwardly too.

Totally bad!!On August 25th booked a double room. On the day of arrival, August 27th, no key was left and the owner could not be reached on the emergency number provided.Finally I'm there after 45 minutes. left again and looked for an alternative.CONCLUSION: An absolutely incompetent store run by a completely incompetent and lazy owner!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Nice hotel, about 15 minutes from Prien am ChiemseeThe rooms are new, nice floors, small writing area, balcony. Bathroom also new with hairdryer and soap and shampoo.Everything very clean. Only the shower is very small, when you shower you get the whole bathroom wet.Bed was good, pillows were good.I was amazed at the breakfast buffet. No wish is left unfulfilled here. Bread roll sausage cheese... various eggs, Viennese white sausage bratwurst... cake fruit salad and so on and so forthHere too, the breakfast room is new and looks inviting.Staff was very niceA single room was booked for €66 + €4.50 service fee and €1 tourist taxMy opinion - price performance 100 points

Good value for money! Recommended! very clean, modern rooms, varied breakfast, nice & friendly staff, our room 209 was only directly opposite the staff - so you could still hear music clearly in the evening until around 9/9:30 p.m. -> it was a bit difficult to get the children into bed

We were looking forward to our stay at the Hotel 17 Seen, but were unfortunately disappointed. There were problems when we arrived: Although check-in was possible from 1:30 p.m., there was no one at the reception when we arrived at around 3:30 p.m. We had to collect our key from an envelope ourselves, which didn't seem particularly inviting.Unfortunately our room was not cleaned upon arrival and the bed was not made. After reporting the problem to the hotel management, we had to wait another 1.5 hours for the cleaning staff to sort out the room. This waiting time was very annoying, especially after a long journey.The breakfast, which we were looking forward to, was also a disappointment. There were no free tables left in the house, so we had to eat outside - right next to the other guests' dogs. That was anything but comfortable.The hotel offers a bicycle garage, but it is far too small. We were able to store our e-bikes there one evening, but the next morning we discovered that the rear light had been torn off one of the bikes. Very annoying!On the positive side, the hotel itself was clean and the food tasted good. Unfortunately, these positive aspects are not enough to compensate for the negative experiences.

This is the perfect location for exploring the lakes in this corner of Bavaria especially on bicycles. There is a lock up bike garage with plugs for e-bikes. The hotel room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were friendly. And the breakfast was fantastic, such a selection of healthy choices to fuel up before another day of cycling.
