Unfortunately not good, various things were defective, reported it immediately, nothing happened. Then the cleaning lady comes after two days and wants to prepare the room, telling us that we were past check out time even though we still had one day left. Then we found out that she was in the room again while we were away, the door wasn't locked. We had valuables in the room!! It's not possible at all, for us it's clear that we'll use Limehome once and never again. By the way, it's not for light sleepers anyway, right on the street. (Room 110) You can also see in the photos that there is mold on the joints in the shower.

What can I say.... Absolutely dissatisfied... Despite the kindness and courtesy of the telephone assistance, we were unable to access the room after 3 hours from check-in, no assistance on site..... I would say a terrible experience given that we had to find another makeshift accommodation....

We couldn't get in, we were stuck outside at the room check-in for 2 hours without anyone coming to help us, we kept in touch with the telephone operators but with poor results although the girl on the phone was very kind, we had to change hotel

The accommodation was impeccably furnished and the fan was even on when we arrived, which was pleasant in the extreme heat. We felt very comfortable! The only point of criticism: the signage could be better, at eye level. It's hard to find because the entrance is in the courtyard.

The apartment is modern and functional. Parking garage is nearby and not expensive. It's 50m to the good bakery. Restaurants etc. can be reached quickly. We were missing the remote control for the television. This was delivered later but without batteries. We didn't get them anymore either. The shower head was completely gone. Complaints were answered promptly but without any result. We were reimbursed €10.

Super competent team and very friendly. Someone in management placed particular emphasis on first impressions. Everything is very well maintained and furnished and you can expect a great welcome gift. Unfortunately we were only there for one day and would have liked to have stayed longer. If you check in as late as we did (at night), it's a bit confusing where exactly the entrance is. There is everything you need in the kitchen on site.

Centrally located in the city center.No parking spaces, but a parking garage (10€, 24 hours) in the immediate vicinity.Great support with very friendly employees from limehome (we had an incorrect booking via Booking.com) and very accommodating rules, even though limehome was not responsible for the error.

The limehome Rosenheim is in the middle of the city and we thought that was brilliant.The room was perfect for us. Equipped with a large comfortable bed, large TV, table and chairs.Clean, tidy and perfect size.The kitchen had everything your heart could desire. Kettle, coffee machine, dishes, pots, refrigerator, cutlery, everything was there and everything was clean.There were also enough coffee pods and tea.The bathroom was equipped with a shower and shampoo and shower gel were also available.Toothbrush cups and hair dryers are also included.When we come back to Rosenheim, limhome will be our first port of call.

Zero parking spaces. Not even something to stop and dispose of luggage. No parking garage for vehicles over 1.8m. You can park in the suburbs if you can find some and take a taxi.Booking online requires sending a self-portrait and taking a photo of your ID card. Doesn't work at all. Room codes via email. I even have to scan my ID twice. Data protection not available! Nice telephone service. Nice room when you finally get to the room, unfortunately not recommended due to parking and lack of data protection. Too bad!

Great apartment, very tastefully and nicely decorated. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The whole thing is fully digital, which means no waiting to check in or check out. The hotel is centrally located, you are in the middle of life, but that also means that it is loud on the street at the weekend. The P4 car park is just a stone's throw away and the nightly rate is a snap compared to prices at other hotels. But loading and unloading always goes well.

Great location, super central.This types of hotels are the future, self service, everything new, all you need inside the room. I like that they have small little kitchenette in the room with a possibility for coffee or tea, even cooking.Rooms are spacious and naturally lightweight, not noisy even tho right at the main street.(little more attention to dusty corners...)

Very modern room with a kitchen and all the utensils you need.Arrival could be better signposted and explained.Advantage of very central location in Rosenheim. Disadvantage of very central location (parking spaces)
