We were there for two nights.Rooms very basic for the price. There was nothing comfortable about it. Wouldn't want to stay there any longer. We still had food from the previous tenant in our room. Spider webs were also free.One mattress was good, the second mattress was unreasonable. Totally worn out. The nights I slept sitting up.Bathroom: Shower cubicle does not close tightly - visible gap. Dangerous shelf in the shower cubicle - risk of injury because of sharp edgesPositive:Contactless access, parking: along the street - in front of the hotel - around the corner a few meters away, small shower gel in the bathroom, hairdryer also available

Very easy checkin/checkout at all hours. Big room, nice bathroom, comfortable double bed and a terrace.|The coffee machine available from 6:15 a.m. is good to have, for 2 euros you can have your coffee fix.|Quiet and clean, close to the highway.

We stayed at this property for 3 days in August '24 during Adele's residency in Monaco.It is located just south of Munich, a city that can be reached very easily via the surface metro which is a 5/10 minute walk from the hotel and which leaves directly in MarienPlatz.We had a triple room on the ground floor with a small exclusive courtyard at the back. The room, with private bathroom, quite spacious and well equipped; shame about the shower (larger than normal) with the curtain.The staff is extremely kind and ready to give any kind of information. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and pleasant, we had no parking problems (even when the spaces reserved for the hotel were all occupied).Very positive experience, will come back!

We stayed 1 night as a stopover to the south (room 33).Spacious 3-bed room, renovated, modern, lots of sockets (we liked it).Beds comfortable & not saggy.Extra pillow.Bathroom spacious, lots of towels, shower things.Check-in via key box, everything easy and well explained.Denns organic market, Rossmann, ice cream parlor 2 minutes by car.Clear recommendation, we will come back.

The location of this hotel is really great! It’s a slow walk from the station in the winter, but very close to the main shops and amenities in town without being right on top of it.The check in process using a PIN code if there is no reception and a number to call if there are any issues is great. I called the number after 11pm and got an answer helpfully right away!There are stairs to most rooms and it means carrying a suitcase a bit further, but with an outer door lock and room door lock the place is quite secure.In the double bed room, I found the bed nice and firm and comfortable and there was a huge desk and fast wifi I was able to make video calls from for a little work.My main issues with the room are that the walls didn’t block noise. Someone had their TV on all night and I could hear it clearly at only a medium volume. The curtains were missing too in some parts, so I would have issues with morning light if it was a place I were to stay in for even a little bit longer.

Located in the small town of Deisenhofen. Small shops for everyday needs right around the corner. Good parking situation. Without service because the key comes out of the box via code. Room cleaning every day. I felt very well

The hotel is in an enviable position as it is a 3-minute walk from the metro to Munich's historic center (23 minutes). The three stars are for the poor cleanliness, the bathroom needs to be looked at again (we were in the attic) which is low, dirty and the towels were only partially changed (?), the small balcony was dark as there was no neon. I attach some photos.
