When I arrived late in the afternoon, it was initially difficult to see where the reception was located, as it was combined with the bar's counter. The restaurant was busy, which led to a lot of chaos. During check-in, my personal information was discussed loudly amidst the hustle and bustle of guests, so I could barely understand anything. I have never experienced this type of transaction on my many trips.As noted in other reviews, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms seem renovated, but that's not enough to offset the negative aspects. I particularly didn't like the surroundings of the hotel. It's a neighborhood where you don't want to go out the door in the evening.In my opinion the price-performance ratio is not at all good. When checking out, I encountered disinterested and unmotivated employees, which further reinforced the overall bad impression. There is definitely a great need for action here, both in employee leadership and in general management.For me, the MK Hotel Munich City is definitely no longer an option.

The cleaning was apparently only carried out very superficially (fingernails, chip residues). Bedding was clean. Considering the price, absolutely no recommendation.

I don't understand how people can give more stars, I give one because 0 is impossible!I start from the assumption that with 4 nights excluding breakfast at €367 I don't expect a 5-star hotel but not even a refugee situation!The room was narrow, a room for two people with a double bed should have two bedside tables and unobstructed access, however the double bed had the right side with a bedside table and no obstacles but the left side was against the wall to access it you had to sit on the tip and "reverse" ” unsuitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility! The bathroom only had a door to the toilet, the shower was closed by dark glass but came out into the sink area without a door! The spaces to pass through are very narrow and I conclude the review by underlining that the staff is rude and to request the rooms to be cleaned you had to specify it daily otherwise after spending a "high" amount for the quality offered you would be left in the middle of rubbish!

There is no AC, keep that in mind, not suitable for Summer at all. The street of the hotel is very unpleasant, you can NOT sleep with the window open.

No ac, no service, rude workers, uncomfortable room in the middle of summer we did not have ac in room. Their Manager was rude and that is not good. Not recommended.Additionally they somehow managed to close booking reviews. Even though we had stayed there we could not write a review on booking very disappointing.

no recommendation!-The rooms got so warm during the night that it was impossible to sleep without the window open, outside on the street there was noise until 4 a.m. both on weekends and during the week-The cleanliness was also poor, dust everywhere and brown stains on the doors and in the showerAlthough the location is super central, we wouldn't choose this hotel a second time, especially since we had a very negative impression of the area.

I stayed one night on this hotel, they dont give us key, We were told that we needed to call a number and the owner would come down and open the door, So we called this number after a long wait, the owner who was wearing glasses , He opened the door for us and a disrespectful person walked us to our room. He has no respect at all , We paid about 100€ for a room and were treated disrespectfully.In A Room no AC, To much noise outside broken shower, To much Insect

Very bad customer service! I requested an invoice made out to my company during checkout and this standard process could not be fulfilled. Instead, I was referred to the agency portal "Agoda", even though I didn't even make the booking there! I didn't have the feeling that anyone wanted to help either.I can therefore not recommend the hotel for business travelers!It's a shame because the overnight stay itself was pleasant!

Room without air conditioning with a cheap standing fan, bathroom although modern but not cleaned properly. TV not usable properly. Noise in the backyard at night. Terrible area around the main train station. Poor price/performance ratio.

Rooms and service is fine honestly. 4/5 stars. Great bathroom and comfy bed. No AC so it’s extremely hot in the summer but of course it’ll be ok for winter with the radiator in room.Location is definitely a 1. I would not recommend this hotel for tourists. Someone said “stay only if desperate”? Agreed.

One of the worst stays I've ever had- Air conditions like in a sauna- Due to the noise, open windows are not even bearable with noise canceling- Water is not drinkable because the lime content is higher than in a salt cave- unfriendly service- Price/performance disproportionate

Room was ok. Quite small and the bathroom door couldn't be closed completely. The shower was great. The room does not have air conditioning. Super hot in summer. A small fan was set up but unfortunately it didn't help much. At the accommodation you can only leave your luggage in the middle of the entrance area. There is no possibility of storing the luggage in a locked room, which is a shame because check-out is already possible at 11 a.m. and check-in is only possible at 3 p.m. The receptionist only speaks English, which is okay, but she seemed very tense and then told us to hurry up with the luggage because she was very stressed. Otherwise she was friendly and made an early check-in possible. The location is okay, you can reach everything around Marienplatz on foot. There is a pole dance bar directly opposite and as two girls we felt uncomfortable here in the evening, with a lot of Arabic/Turkish shops and lots of looks and sayings. All in all okay but I wouldn't book it again.

Rooms are clean and tidy. However, a minibar/fridge would be great.Check in went smoothly.The location of the hotel is not far from the main train station, 10 minutes walk.Air conditioning would really be an advantage, we were there in May and it was really warm in the hotel rooms.

The worst experience I've had recently. I've been given a single room although I booked a double many months ago. I was traveling with a friend, and we had to sleep in a single bed for 2 nights. The owner or whoever runs that place didn't even take responsibility. He started a fight with me, yelled at me and said that he doesn't give anything if I want to go somewhere else.Don't book or go nearby to this place.The location is also bad. Very sketchy area.
