The rooms were clean but the furnishings and structure are very old. If you want to stay for a longer period of time, you should look for something more modern and comfortable. The staff was nice and the breakfast buffet was okay too. Completely reasonable for the price for a short stay.

**Disappointing weekend - no longer up to date and hygienically questionable**We booked the hotel for a weekend and stayed there from Friday to Sunday. The price for a double room was €130 per night, which was nowhere near what we expected. The first impression of the building was anything but inviting - the hotel looks run-down from the outside and is located right next to the train tracks, less than ten meters away. You have the feeling that the trains are driving directly through the room, they are so loud. The room itself was no longer rentable for us in this condition. We found mold in the bathroom, and the water in the shower constantly changed uncontrollably between hot and cold. All of the equipment was old and badly worn, and many things only worked to a limited extent or no longer worked at all.The living area also left a lot to be desired. The carpet was dirty, obviously old and also covered in dog hair. The bed mattresses were sagging and the bed itself creaked loudly with every movement. Combined with the noise from the street and train tracks, restful sleep was impossible. The small kitchenette was barely held together with a few screws, and the condition of the coffee machine was also unbearable. All in all we felt absolutely uncomfortable in this room.We are beyond disappointed and will not simply accept this. It's a disgrace to offer such a room at this price. There is an urgent need for action here!

We booked through Hoferreisen because of the thermal baths! The hotel looks very okay from the outside, the room is a disaster. We had a room at the bottom that couldn't leave the door or windows open at night because it was right next to the street. The television was broken and the bathroom was dirty. We stayed for three nights and nothing was cleaned in the three days. Unfortunately, the bathroom had to be cleaned every day. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The bed was ancient and the carpet wasn't clean. The room smelled. We only stayed because of the thermal baths. All parking spaces were occupied in the evening, and the underground car park was under water.

The price-performance ratio is really top. It's true that the building would definitely need renovation, but our room was clean. The staff is super nice. For the price we thought it was ok.

No customer orientation from management!!!Despite a personal phone call with the manager of the hotel, Mr. H., unfortunately no accommodation was given for a booking change! If the management level doesn't demonstrate customer proximity, how is it supposed to be multiplied by employees!?Therefore once and never again!.Ps: Actually, I (working in the tourism industry myself) mostly only give positive reviews because - as here - I always accommodate my counterpart and there is always a solution! But that was rejected here! !

NEVER again.... The rooms are so old and stink..... they don't clean properly either because there were cobwebs everywhere. It's not even worth one star...There are holes everywhere on the walls!!!!! We then saved breakfast...

The service is very nice. It's a hotel for 2-3 days. We were there longer. The beds weren't made for the first 2 days, then yes. Breakfast is OK.The rooms are like this. We had a spider as a resident and the S-Bahn drove right past our window. You can only sleep with the window closed. The window hinge was also broken. That's why I said 2-3 days to sleep. You have it Also not far to the thermal baths. The bathroom urgently needs to be renovated. The ceiling was moldy and the paint was coming off. The joints had mold. I don't know if it looks like that in all the rooms. We also had a room right at the reception It was loud early or in the evening when people came into the hotel. There is a microwave in the kitchen. We received a fruit basket as a welcome gift. Very nice.

1 star is still too much, my employees were kicked out because apparently no booking could be found. “I don’t care” is the statement from the hotel employee. At 8:30 p.m. no one is there anymore! Hotline not possible and the operator offered a multi-bed room and extra payment…

I don't understand how you can give this 4 or 5 stars. Location for the thermal baths and S-Bahn to Munich was perfect, the rest was a complete disaster. We were given a room that smelled so bad that we immediately asked for another one. 2. The room is clean, at least at first glance, but everything should be disinfected again. Booked a double room and paid 120€/night for this hotel/room with a dog. In this day and age, carpeting when rented to dogs is disgusting. The bed was far too small, the mattress too soft. Everything in the cupboard (knives, plates, cups). The house is getting old and if we hadn't depended on it, we wouldn't have stayed. The balcony door came towards us when we opened it. The refrigerator had to be moved if you wanted to get the door open. Definitely not recommended.

Room ok. But the bathrooms are getting old.
