I didn't want to leave anymore, I thought it was so great! Mega nice apartment, great building in a quiet residential area. I felt very comfortable - like at home! I enjoyed the large terrace! The home office also worked great.The good soul of the house is Max; he is always available and answers quickly and easily. He is always there for you with passion and a smile. It is thanks to him that guests feel at home. He brings warmth and joy to the building, it's really nice to have a live contact person on site. That's difficult to find today. I felt very well looked after and completely anonymous, as is usually the case with similar apartments. Clearly my choice when I come back to Munich! Thank you Max for the great stay and thank you Justin Timberlake for the amazing concert - I was in the Olympic Hall in 15 minutes on foot through green avenues.

I stayed at Brera Munich Schwabing for 6 months from Mar - Aug 2024. The apartments are clean and kept to a great standard. There were further improvements recently with the renovation of the kitchenettes. The extractor fan and ventilation is also good and keeps the living space comfortable. The supermarket and bakery downstairs are an added bonus. The location is wonderful and has great connections with bus, tram stops and the Olympiapark close by.For such a long stay, I was provided with clean bedding, towels and a weekly cleaning service. This was all to a great standard and if I needed anything further, the manager Max always ensured I received a great service in good time. There were no issues with the bathroom facilities and cleanliness during the stay.The communal areas including the seats near the reception, laundry and garbage rooms are always kept clean and tidy. I also felt safe in all areas which were secured for the use of Brera residents only. On the occasions when I received mail, this was sorted and passed on to me in good time.Overall, I was very impressed by the running of the apartments. It was a comfortable stay and a wonderful home away from home. Many thanks to the cleaners, maintenance team and Max the manager for all your incredible work! Max was always friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend Brera Munich Schwabing to others and would stay there again.

Clearly recommended. Connection, location, building, rooms - OK. A supermarket in the same building, the Olympia Park just around the corner, as well as public transport - everything is stress-free. Check-in at the terminal was problem-free and contact with the hotline (I had two things to clarify) also worked promptly. Best regards to Max! Although I was only there for 2 days on business, it is also very suitable for longer stays. Come back when it's convenient.

Small apartment hotel, a little outside, but easily accessible by public transport. The rooms, or The kitchens were being renovated at the time, we still had an old one in there. But it was well equipped and had everything you needed for 2 days. Since the room faced the street, it was a bit noisy at night due to the trams and cars/motorcycles (if you had the window open of course)The service is top! Nice reception, top communication. We'll definitely be back!

I know Brera from Stuttgart and I can't help but compare:- The beds in Stuttgart are better (Boxspringbett)- The kitchen is better equipped in StuttgartIf you are someone who cooks a lot, bring a vegetable knife 😉The team is lovely, though! A friend came by to visit due to a personal crisis and the receptionist (whom I didn't expect, since it's a serviced apartment) asked him the reason for his visit. He was a bit spooked by the intensity of the enquiry, but very appreciative after it was all explained.

I had the pleasure of living in the Brera Serviced Apartments Munich Schwabing for over a year as part of my business trip. I would particularly like to highlight the manager Max, who was friendly, courteous and professional throughout. Whenever a concern arose regarding the hotel, Max always acted quickly and efficiently. His priority was always the well-being of his guests and this was reflected in every aspect of his actions.During my stay I was able to experience remarkable expertise in hotel management. The processes in the hotel were well structured and problems were always solved proactively and easily. The atmosphere was therefore consistently pleasant and relaxed, which is particularly important for a long stay.I can fully recommend Brera Serviced Apartments to anyone planning a longer stay. The professionalism of the management and the care provided by Max really made my stay outstanding.

This is the perfect place if you are in need of something better than just a hotel room.and the necessity for preparing your own meals.A supermarket and bakery offers all you might require for a longer stay.and it is close to public transport (tram and busses)..BRERA offers spacious rooms with kitchenette.If you are lucky to get a room to the yard, these are really quiet and great in the summer, as not too hot (no A/C!) with a nice view to the Munich Olympia Tower.The mattresses were very comfortable! and all size rooms nice, although one can see that BRERA has already received quite a few visitors over the years. -During my stay there was a process of kitchenette replacement going on (so I saw several).The rooms on the first floor offer a quiet balcony, separated by plants for each apartment there: however, it is accessible to all guests in the house, and if you are someone who likes fresh air at night and prefers to sleep with open windows and are concerned about security then go for an option on the 2nd or 3rd floor.If other guests smoke on the balcony (and it happened quite a lot), it might molest you, if you are in the rooms above and leave your windows open.The best about this quaint business apartment hotel is @ the concierge: Max, the most friendly, positive and cheerful station manager I have ever met! He offers excellent advice and tries to accommodate you wherever possible during regular business hours.If necessary I would always come back and shall recommend it to friends and family.

We were stay with n this apartment for 4 days.The apartment is nice and clean, the location is near tram and bus stop.the supermarket and bakery just beside the apartment. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The only things I don’t like the one side bed was against the wall. Beside that everything was great.

This hotel is a real insider tip! The rooms were not only very clean, but also extremely comfortably furnished. We almost felt at home here :) What was particularly great was the extremely friendly service, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel's facilities are great, there was really nothing missing. In addition, the freely accessible terraces invite you to relax and in general the location is perfect, right next to the Olympic Park, public transport and supermarkets! We'll definitely be back!

Very nice place for a multi-day stay in Munich. Close to the Olympiapark. We used the bicycle to explore the city. Nice less visited places are nearby. Max's welcome is very pleasant. Earlier check-in was possible (very nice). A safe place for our bicycles.Very good apartment, nice layout with all the trimmings.Highly recommended!

Overall very good experience. Everything new and clean. The only improvement is that double bed was against the wall on one side. Otherwise great experience. The staff was also exceptionally friendly and helpful!
I will consider staying again next time in Munich!

Dear Brera Apartments, Manger Munich.Dear Max, You were wonderful, polite and very helpful. I stayed in Brera Room no. 18 for a whole month without any disturbance. The place was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The presence of Max and all the staff added a great feeling. As it is written on the walls of the first floor ( home is feeling not place ). Definitely recommended, the hotel is not too far from the city center and also quiet in the night, next to it is a supermarket and a cafe. The room is clean and with all the things you need for cooking. The staffs are all so helpful and so nice. I will definitely come back again.

Location of the apartments is great. Particularly suitable for concerts in the Olympic Park and for quick shopping at the existing REWE and bakery.Cleanliness rather poor. The corners have been wiped clean, dirt has been swept under the carpet and strange hair has been left in the fridge. Rather unpleasant. Let's leave out the initially moldy joints in the shower.Service leaves a lot to be desired. If you arrive after 4 p.m. on Friday, there will be no one at the “reception”. Since it is not communicated on the website that a parking space must be reserved in advance, we did not do this. Normally you can do this spontaneously on site. Zero flexibility here. When you call the service hotline, you are only connected to a switchboard that didn't help, only an email address so that you could possibly book a parking space and recommended a parking garage 3km away.Oh and the location facing the street is not recommended. In the summer, without air conditioning and with the windows open, especially when goods are being delivered for REWE, the noise is almost unbearable.All in all, very disappointing for this price.

I stayed at Brera Serviced Apartments Schwabing for about 6 weeks when I was on a work assignment in Munich, and it definitely felt like home away from home. The apartment, the location and the service were superb. I would definitely recommend and will absolutely stay there again whenever I go back to Munich

The room facing north was clean and pleasant. The bathroom was also clean and had everything you need. The only small drawback was that the shower water drained too slowly, otherwise everything was in tip top condition.I spent 5 nights in the apartment, slept well and felt very comfortable.Max’s support and service is top!If I stay in Munich again in the future for further training, I will book with Brera Serviced Apartments again.

We were welcomed with a smile and were able to access our room earlier than arranged. The room was great with a brand new kitchen, all spotlessly clean and we had a terrace which was great for a wine in the afternoons.The Tram and Bus stop is right out the front and has a ticket machine on the stop. Tram 2 stops to the Underground rail.The Olympic Park area is a short walk and BMW World and Museum is there.A great supermarket is next door to the hotel and has good range including wine and beers.TheCafe next door has good coffee and bakery foods.A fine start to our holiday, Thank you.

Was there one night alone as a woman and it was great. Great location, felt safe, easy and quick check-in, great furniture, great amenities and the price is justified. A bit expensive for me as a solo traveler, but within reason and that's what I chose. Definitely a recommendation.I just had strange experiences with Google Maps, I wanted to send myself to the back of the house and then I ended up on a construction site, but the house is right on the main street and there is a Rewe downstairs next to it.From the main station take the U2 or U8 to Hohenzollernplatz, then take train 12 or bus 52 or 53 (only one goes, I forgot which one) or 59 to Barbarastraße, I think it was. Then you're there.
