Very interesting what has happened in the last few days in my childhood home. Back then, when it was still called Gasthaus Thies, we celebrated various celebrations (various birthdays, weddings, and so on). The premises at that time could already be used multiple times.I think it's great that the inn is still being run.A big thank you for that

Super nice owners, great performance from the staff! The breakfast can only be recommended, a real pleasure, and special requests were also happy to be fulfilled!Always happy to come here whenever there is an opportunity!Super nice rooms, with lots of little details that even hobby craftsmen can find nice ideas for use in their home workshop!All in all, only recommendedIn my opinion, it is not possible to not feel comfortable in the 1852 country inn.

Great location, great attentive and friendly service. We were there for a birthday party. Everything was great, very good food and generous portions. What more could you want? Gladly again.👍👍👍

We stayed here on a bike tour. Small, but newly renovated rooms, completely fine. Nothing was missing. Even WiFi available. The breakfast (15€) left nothing to be desired.In the evening, German and Polish dishes, ingredients from regional producers. Very tasty with a pleasant price-performance ratio. Even a serving robot did its rounds. Finally, a cocktail (€6.90). What more could you want!Highly recommended!

We were there without a reservation on Saturday around 7 p.m. Still just managed to get a table. Had a great burger. Great atmosphere outside and inside. Was there for the first time even though it was only 20 km as the crow flies. Keep coming back. Very nice evening there.

Absolutely quiet inn with a very beautiful, partially covered courtyard.The spacious outside counter invites you to enjoy a cold drink or two. The European Championship game between Germany and Denmark was shown on the big screen.The owner is super nice and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.My room was newly renovated and extremely clean!But now something not so nice...My stomach was far too small for this magnificent and lovingly prepared breakfast with, for example, homemade meat salad, scrambled eggs from happy chickens from the farmer across the street (see pictures)It's great that something like this still exists.I'll definitely be back!!!

Very disappointing! Left without food! The two of us made a reservation here this evening and placed our order directly with the boss at 6:15 p.m. The restaurant was well filled. A robot waiter brings the food to the tables. Since it was our first visit here, we initially didn't say anything about the long waiting time.After more than an hour the answer came that there was a traffic jam in the kitchen. At the next table the waiter robot brought the food. We were left with a salad and our two burgers. These then went back to the kitchen after they could not be assigned. When we asked that our food had probably been taken back and we didn't want to eat it cold, the boss went after it, came out again and said: "That wasn't your food, don't worry".It was probably too unpleasant for him to offer us the cold food. From that point on he didn't show up anymore and sent a young service person to us who wanted to take our order again! After now 1.5 hours of waiting!!?? We then decided to pay for the drinks and leave. Incredibly disappointing! Completely dirty evening! Never again!
