WASTE OF ENERGYEvery morning at 5:30 am on the way to work I see that there is a big screen in operation. In these difficult times, one should be more careful with the energy.

20241020“Everything is actually fine”Basic information: My wife is gluten intolerant, I am an omnivore 🤪Visit period: 03-10-2024 to 06-10-2024Booked at short notice via online portal with smooth email traffic.First impression: Cool entrance with opening double doors, dark lounch music style ambience, nice reception.Rooms clean and upscale, a bit tight on space, but usable for those with disabilities, stylish atmosphere.Drinks in the minibar should be free of charge (not used), Nespresso coffee machine is available with a selection of capsules (not used)-Sauna from 6 p.m., clean, plenty of towels, relaxation area with 2 loungers (a bit tight) and 2 long benches (could also be used as loungers), music a bit too loud and the adjacent doors unfortunately close noisily-Fitness room with 2 treadmills, ergo bike, good dumbbell equipment, open space, nice old leather sandbag, free drinkBar area looks cool, but contrary to what it says, it's not really a cocktail bar. Daily vouchers for canceled room cleaning were not accepted (no matter); Theme evenings seem a bit artificial and disruptive when you want to end the day in a relaxed wayBreakfast rich and more upscale than standard; various breads and rolls (the pre-ordered gluten-free rolls were not charged separately and were tasty), cheese and sausage, jam (large jar of Nutella), various types of eggs, muesli and grains, yoghurt and milk, waffle machine, fully automatic coffee machine, cocoa, fruit juice, tea.... anyone who complains about the breakfast here is moaning at the highest level!Nice, bright breakfast room, the bar area is also used during peak times.Parking space in the backyard (30 EURo per day ... cheaper parking garages in the area) with camera surveillance, parking space for bicycles without camera surveillance (to be improved considering the high-quality e-bikes), outside music (quiet at night? ... was a bit disturbing!)Room facing the streetFully air-conditioned, openable windows with soundproof glass in the highest class range (vehicles are actually not audible), unfortunately on the first night with defective air conditioning (droning) therefore uncomplicated room change from the second day in...Room facing the courtyardSleeping is actually possible here even with the window open (parking space and music there!)* * * * * / 5   for operationEveryone was extremely friendly and attentive and very committed to the matter with heart and an overview.Likewise for the execution/adherence to the gluten problem* * * * * / 5   for food (breakfast)* * * * * / 5   for the ambience* * *   / 5   for technical-Struggling doors (because heavy fire doors) where the expensive automatic openers (just for information: they cost from 2,000 euros upwards!) unfortunately didn't always work-Mattresses with cold foam, develop "sleeping cavities" that are adapted to the body and are uncomfortable for stomach sleepers and when changing sleeping positions (I had back pain)-King size bed with a (!) shared duvetmodern-Card payment only (no cash)-Online booking

The staff at the reception is “too cool for school” matching the hotel vibe. The guy at the reception couldn’t even issue an invoice when I checked out. I checked out early in order to make it for a train and had to leave without an invoice since the reception guy couldn’t issue it. When I got it via email I was surprised to find that I was charged for breakfast (was included in my booking order but I didn’t have breakfast before checking out anyhow) and some beverages I never had. No reply from the hotel. The room was small but ok.

One of the best hotels I've ever been in!!!Super cozy rooms, with bookshelf and various exciting books, everything super clean, new and high quality furnishings, super comfortable bed, great bar with great music, room still quiet, friendly staff throughout ! There are also original ideas, such as free drinks from the room bar, rumm service can be canceled and in return you get a drink at the bar. If I ever end up in Hanover again, I know where I will stay overnight again :-)

Got room 219. Thisnis right above the bar and they had the splenid idea to ask a DJ for some very loud music. Could hear it very clear in the room. Price was crazy high for a small room whete the bathroom is in fact in the room.  …
