As long as you don't expect a normal hotel with staff, you won't be disappointed here. It was exactly the right thing for us. The room had a private bathroom, a small cooking facility, a mini fridge, a coffee maker (also for tea) and crockery and cutlery for 2 people was also available. So a cheap hotel with self-catering options. It was easy to get further into the city center by tram.You definitely need earplugs to sleep, as the traffic outside is quite loud as is the elevator in the building. In addition, the doors have a poor connection to the hallway, so that both light and a lot of noise come through when someone is in the hallway.The ventilation in our room in the bathroom was incredibly loud, it also looked very dusty (see photo).Otherwise it was clean and towels and bed linen were provided like in a normal hotel. The ride chair only goes up to the 3rd floor, you then have to take the stairs to the 4th floor.The service could be reached immediately by phone and was very helpful.

Unfortunately, the company is unable to keep its contact details up to date: both the email address and telephone number found online are years old and business listings are out of date. Of course, you can't contact us remotely to make an inquiry!It's probably because the house simply no longer has any staff on site - brave new "impersonal" world!

The hotel is located in a quiet part of Berlin, which suited us. Public transport is nearby - direct connection to Alexanderplatz, also a grocery store, restaurant, cafe. Fast food - kebab, China. From the third floor without a lift. Room sufficient. Only the fridge was broken and it was really small. The walls are really thin, you can hear everything, you have to take this into account, but our neighbors were polite, so everything went well. There was a surprise in the room in the form of local drinks.

A very good place to stay if you visit Berlin, good situation and very well communicated with Alexanderplatz and the center of the city.There are some kebab dinner places around it and the people that works there are very kind.Strongly recommended, thanks to the hotel service workers for all!

Hello everyone,I booked a room for the second time and I'm completely at peace 🥰 everything by code (doors). Contact via WhatsApp and it works great. I have been in Berlin every month since December 2023 and will book my room here. A bit outside of Berlin, but the main thing is that the price is right. A separate parking space for guests would be really great. If you arrive a little late, you have to walk miles, even if you find a gap "nearby". But otherwise everything is safe. See you next time (March 2024)😊

The location is great for my work trips so I stayed in few times, every time I had a minor issues that I ignore but last time the access code to the building wasn’t working and I was locked out in the cold tell a guest opened the door when he was going out, told the management about it and thought they fixed it, till next day in the morning the same happen and I was again locked out till one of the guests open the door for me. Not to mention about the broken shower, broken coffee machine, the door of my room not opening, and the cheap furniture.

Were not in the hotel but in the restaurant for a Christmas party with the family. Service and food were all good. Location okay so far. The path to the toilet could use a new coat of paint and towels in the toilet would have been great. Otherwise recommended for celebrations.

The “hotel” is okay, however it is above a music school that still plays after 11pm on weekdays and you can hear it all, so it can get uncomfortable…The walls and doors are not soundproof at all

Not recommended if you value cleanliness and a nice environment. When we arrived the elevator was already broken and the smell was old and stale. The room was barely “cleaned” with a more than dirty and dry mop. No one could be reached by phone and there is no reception. In our double room there were two single beds in crooked corners so that they couldn't be pushed together.After a complaint by email and our immediate departure, they were not accommodating and refunded the money.

The hotel does not deserve this name. Accommodation level on par with a dirty youth hostel. After going through the automatic check-in procedure, we find ourselves standing in front of a broken elevator in a dirty, shabby hallway. Four floors up, the door to our assigned room is open. A few minutes later the cleaner comes and wants to go through again with a completely dirty, smelly mop. The general condition of the room and the hallway is catastrophic and we decide not to spend the night there. There is no reception on site and the hotline is not open. After a few hours, an employee said by email that we could have clarified the situation on site, but that the money would have to be withheld. Never again, this "hotel" and the non-existent service is a disaster.

I'm planning to celebrate my big birthday 🎂 there and the conversation with the managing director Mr. Trillenberg and his wife was very friendly and accommodating. The hall in which we would like to celebrate is also beautifully designed. My wishes were taken into account.
