Rooms are fine with a fridge and stove, but otherwise very basic. Location isn't great, but it's clean and inexpensive.

Hotel is quite new. Smart is very modern as you can see in the pictures. The room furnishings are well maintained but simple. There is no hairdryer in the room. But you can get it at reception – as long as there are still some. Good connection to the S-Bahn. The Stresow train station is about 100 m away. Very friendly staff.

Everything you need for a night after a hard day. Given a single room on an expensive floor off the street on a weekend.

A typical workers' hotel. The rooms are tiny for 2 people, no wardrobe or space for a bag of clothes, there is a stove in the room, but unfortunately there are no pots, plates or anything else. The lady at the reception gives the impression that she works here as a punishment. On the plus side, the rooms were clean and cleaned every day.

Not again...The room wasn't cleaned properly. There were still toenails lying around from before guests. Splashes and traces could still be seen in the toilet and sink. The noise level was very high because the walls are very thin. WiFi didn't work on the 2nd floor. Reception was too bad.

Was in this hotel for 2 weeks on different days due to further training. The location is in the middle of an industrial area, so that's not particularly good. The hotel was probably very well known to me among construction workers. This became noticeably loud from 7 p.m. when they all arrived. Learning was then no longer possible. The hotel is very noisy. You feel like you can hear everyone on the floor. Once I woke up at half past one in the morning because a nice young couple thought they were arguing over some shitty Müllermilch.🤦🏼‍♀️ The room is very small. There is no wardrobe. On 2 days in the morning I had no warm water. Fridge was dirty. Got the same room in the 2nd week. The small towel from Friday (which was downstairs behind the door in front of the shower) was still there on Monday. There was no privacy screen on the window in the bathroom (and that was on the 2nd floor). Maybe people from across the street saw me in nature🤷🏼‍♀️ assuming I had warm water 🙈

A hotel that is no longer an option for me. At the beginning I thought . Oh what a beautiful hotel. Only then was I disappointed. We hadn't even really opened the door yet and the bed was there. Two small bedside tables with a lamp that was completely broken and a small kitchen that was completely dirty. There was a desk that you couldn't sit at because the room was just too small. The bathroom door didn't even close. The toilet paper rolls weren't on the stand, they were just lying on the window sill. The shower was just dirty. After we reported this to reception, unfortunately only a new lamp was put in. Unfortunately, you also sleep quite restlessly because the walls are so thin and you can hear every word from the neighboring rooms. After we reported our concerns to reception the next day, we were turned away without an apology and the woman just said I would remember it. No goodbyes or anything else. I'm definitely not coming back.

The hotel itself is quite good. It is an accommodation, nothing more and nothing less. The location is basically in a commercial area. The equipment is fine so far, just the fitter's room. What bothered me personally is the fact that the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot. Everything else, such as the lack of a view, was completely irrelevant for one night. The shower drain appeared to be slightly clogged and we found an abandoned sock in the room under the bed, so there was obviously someone there to clean and not clean under the beds.
