The location at one of the busiest intersections in Berlin forces you to keep the window closed. The soundproofing is good, sleep is not disturbed by traffic noise. The location of the hotel is ideal for visitors to the district in Kreuzberg around Viktoriapark!Breakfast is available at the Manfred von Richthofen bakery.

So for a 3 star hotel I expect a little more. Rooms would be relatively clean. The noise with the window open was extreme. TV only worked for 1 hour then there was no signal and the reception was no longer manned. You felt more like you were in a GDR hostel. But the staff was very friendly...

Simply NOT recommended. After arriving we found out that the single room (we had booked a double and a single room) was unavailable due to water damage. We were offered a replacement room, which we didn't have to pay for. After entering this room it was clear to us why: dirt and dust, rubbish under the bed (chips, bags of chips, 2 different socks, a ball, a broom behind the room door), the wall lamp simply fell off, the towel rail in the bathroom (without a shower! ) was only half hanging on the wall. The next day we asked for the room to be cleaned and were given a €50 credit after we complained. However, only what was clearly visible was removed... The TV in the double room was broken and shabby, like the rest of the house. It looks dingy and is really run down.The only advantage was: it was right near the Tempelhof, where we went to the concert. Otherwise, the price-performance ratio here is absolutely not right, NEVER AGAIN

I gave 5 stars regarding value for money. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. Service was business-like but effective. They found a place for me to keep the bike overnight and store luggage for a few hours.It is right next to the U underground station with direct connection to main tourist attractions.

Hands off!Offering a price of EUR 100.00 per night for this run-down room is an outrage!Breakfast should be included with prices like this, but that's not the case here. If you want breakfast, you have to go to the bakery next door.Not recommended.

Very convenient location - bus stop, metro - nearby. The room corresponds to its price, the mattress is very comfortable, there is a kettle, hair dryer, clean sheets and towels, everything is snow-white. Very friendly staff! Thank you to the hotel for a pleasant stay.

So if it were possible, I would give minus stars. For all parents who want to go to this hotel with their children, I advise you not to. We had the "largest" room according to the hotel, but in retrospect it was extremely small, that's not a bad thing, what's bad is that mold formed in the room and in some places it was just painted over and then the bathroom so we first disinfected everything because it was really disgusting and the best part was that when we pushed the beds together there were socks under the bed and a lot of dirt. The best thing was that In the other bed, the mattress was so slept through that one half just fell down, and you had to be afraid when you took the elevator that it wouldn't slam down every moment like it came to a stop on the respective floor. Never again was it so disgusting that I even felt extremely sick and had to throw up because of the air in there. In the end, it just cost €95 for one night, which was a shame.

I was at a concert at Columbia Hall and the hotel was a comfortable walk away. First adventure is the elevator, it carries a maximum of 4 people and is very, very small, but apparently it is a very good quality product so that sometimes it doesn't even start. The house has several floors and the hallways to the rooms look like the twins from The Shining are about to appear.The rooms look like they're in bad B-movies by musicians who want to be successful and first have to go through the dirt. I think the name Columbia is therefore appropriate.The breakfast was OK. There are really only 2 types of sausage :) but there are lots of other things like coffee, juice, water and milk. Be careful, the furnishings of the, let's call it, dining room are quite unfavorable for taller people.All in all it was really OK for a night completely drunk. It's best to go out there with a hangover then you won't notice the details...

An outdated hotel that urgently needs renovation.The room is very small.However, for our purposes (concert in the Columbiahalle 400m away) and for one night, it was completely ok. The room was clean, the view from the window was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. Hence the good rating!!! It is not recommended for a longer stay. There is no price-performance ratio. There is no breakfast offered, I wouldn't have noticed.

Small flying pets in the bathroom. No spoon or sugar with the coffee cups and the kettle. No contact person outside of check in times. Check-in after 9 p.m. only by telephone arrangement. Shower holder very desolate and wobbly. TV reception was a disaster because there was a wobbly cable. But a good bed. Still, I wouldn't book it again for the price

It was enough to sleep (1 night) but we will choose a different hotel for our next visit to Berlin. To get to the subway you just have to go out the door, which was an advantage.
