The room was spacious, with a small bathroom, which got wet when using the shower. They never cleaned the room, nor changed sheets, nor took out the trash, during the 4 days we stayed. At the reception the attention was bad, I do not recommend it.

My goodness! I don't even know where to start? When I came into the room, I first looked at the bedding, the bed was made, but there was dirt on it and blades of grass! A large, heavy towel was included. There was a dirty foot towel (shower mat) in the bathroom, probably from the previous one! I first went to buy cleaning supplies and cleaned everything, including the fridge (I got new towels)... in the evening, lying in bed, I noticed the splashed wall and was expecting a cold sore..... plus the construction noise outside! It goes until midnight on Friday! You can only sleep with the windows open on Saturday/Sunday! I had booked with breakfast because I was expecting a breakfast room. The tables were all dirty, I also had to clean them of dirt, sticky things and crumbs. Then after an hour I got my breakfast made for me by the receptionist cold egg, which was also "raw". The receptionist didn't speak German, only English, but I don't speak English well, so we spoke to the translator program and she said: "Oh, did you want the egg to be boiled? "So, I was beside myself......I wrote to the boss about the conflicts there and went on my hike, after 90 minutes she called me and offered me to check out if I was so dissatisfied.... ....just: where should I go? Everything fully booked for the weekend of September 28/29! But she promised to refund me the 10 EU for breakfast......I still haven't received it today and you don't want to see what the guest toilet / staff toilet looked like downstairs next to my breakfast table. People: you have to throw up.Never again!

This isn't a hotel, it's a flophouse.Rooms dirty, smell unpleasant and the breakfast is a joke.No German television and the staff can't speak German either and that's in Berlin.So, as a German, stay away from this hotel.Sorry, I have never experienced anything like this in 33 years of field service.

I am a fitter and work in many hotels. This is very beautiful in my opinion. The rooms are very nicely decorated, tidy and clean. The only flaw in my opinion is the location due to surrounding buildings making it difficult to find. But find a good property in Berlin :)Overall satisfied

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, it was the worst 3 days of my life.There was hair everywhere in the room, there was hair even on the shower head, nowhere in the room was clean.Location is far from the centerThere is no shower cabin in the roomA disgraceful hotel

Location:Positive - close to S-BahnNegative - In the middle of some commercial area with abandoned buildings, and pretty far out on the outskirts of town.Room:Positive - sizeNegative - Lots of hair in the bed. Dirty bed linen. Stains and dirt on almost all surfaces. Cheap and partially broken furniture/fittings. Toilet seat was not firmly installed and was loose. Remaining water in the kettle. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom.No shower curtain. Door wasn't hanging properly in the frame.Unfortunately, we were so disgusted that we didn't want to spend the night in the hotel and preferred to drive home for hours through the night.All in all the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. However, the WiFi ran perfectly.

It was a pleasant stay, you had peace and quiet in the room as well as a TV, kettle and a fridge, which made the stay more relaxing. But unfortunately there was no hairdryer. Cold drinks were available for purchase. Although it could be a bit cleaner, it was okay and the hotel was very easy to reach and the staff was also very friendly.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. We were shocked as soon as we arrived… The hotel is in the middle of a construction site. A kind of recycling center & an empty building on the property, in front of the hotel a warehouse for construction sites.The building is very neglected and looks like an unfinished vision. Anything not shown in the photos of the hotel looks terrible & unfinished. The path to our room was unlit thanks to defective motion detectors.The rooms top everything again. Feel free to just look at the uploaded photos. Here in brief:- self-made bed, which was completely broken, there are no slatted frames, only metal rods from the recycling center across the street- Hair on the bed and in the bathroom- Wallpapers that come down- Furniture that is falling apart- broken hair dryer- the bathroom is much too small and is completely flooded with water after showering because there is no shower screenThe hotel is probably more of a hotel for guest workers. We were also the only German license plate in the parking lot. All in all, quite a failure.

Very nice lady at the reception, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has long passed its glory days, but it was an interesting experience. We found it by accident and it left me with a nice feeling :)

Great and fun experience if you have some distance to yourself :)) typical old hotel, which obviously was great many many years ago. We had a great fun and for one night it was totally ok. The room was clean and comfortable.The best was the toilet with the glass door 😂Nice and friendly lady at the reception, possibility for late check in.If you are looking for luxury hotel here for that price, don’t 😂

It’s a ruin. The owners don’t give a damn about quiet, everything is in ruins, the staff is loud, talking and shouting even at night, the use the power tools at night, to fix things, only god knows what because the whole building and surroundings is a construction site. An abandone one. Do not put and give your money to these scammers. Avoid at all cost. Thx
