I took part in a workshop held at the hotel.The staff was very friendly, the room and especially the bathroom was clean. Despite the nearby S-Bahn and the windows being tilted, I spent a quiet night. The breakfast buffet had an appealing selection. I would stay in this hotel again at any time.

Unfortunately, we were not allowed to book additional breakfast people so that we could have breakfast with the entire family.The keys for the room and the elevator are a disaster - even after explanations it didn't work and we were trapped in the elevator or fumbled with the key for 10 minutes in front of the room (2 well-traveled IT scientists).

The hotel is very conveniently located for getting to Berlin by public transport. You can also park your car there.Furthermore, it is a hotel that is well past its sell-by date. Dingy carpet in the room. Old-fashioned decor. Extremely poor hygiene: used towel and sponge from previous guest still hanging on a hook in the bathroom. A mucky pile of reddish-brown 'something' under the toilet bowl (Blood? Stool? Combination of these?) Broken shower head. No more staff after 8pm so you can't complain. When I complained next morning, hardly any response, only that this was not the intention. Then I immediately received the bill. We travel a lot and I am not easily speechless, but this raised my eyebrows. Good hygiene is the minimum that a hotel accommodation must meet in order to score sufficiently. This hotel is really better to avoid.

The hotel is located opposite the Birkenwerder S-Bahn station. It offers free parking in the backyard, subject to availability. The rooms themselves are kept in an old, simple style. The bathroom is nice and bright and new. Telephone is available. The rooms themselves are very clean. If required, breakfast service is available to your room. The staff is always in a good mood. The offer in the breakfast lounge (breakfast includes extra costs) is very extensive and sufficient. A very cuddly hotel!

Super nice staff. As others have said, the rooms are a bit older. The rooms are really clean, very large and there is free WiFi. There is a small minibar where you can also store something. Can definitely recommend the hotel

The hotel is a bit old, but is clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the elevator didn't work, and you can only access one floor. There is a parking lot, but it is very small and almost full with 5-6 vehicles. You should also know your vehicle well, as the space is very limited. There are no charging stations in the immediate area, the nearest one is about 500 meters further in town.What speaks in favor of the hotel is its location, right next to Birkenwerder train station.The service is friendly and accommodating. You could think about a slightly better-reaching floor cleaner 😉 There also seem to be meeting rooms here, as there were some flipcharts around the stairs.The rooms are pretty noisy.Conclusion: Absolutely suitable for overnight stays on business trips, that also seems to be the core business. Good value for money.
