Hotel/pension not far from the KudammOld building and cleanFriendly staffBut: Facility is getting old. Bathroom fittings need to be replaced, as does the bed. Mattresses very hard - but ok for sleeping.

The room I had was very quiet. The house is an old building and the room was clean, just carelessly furnished. The fridge was empty but turned on and no water on the table. At the reception it was said. If you want water, you have to buy the water.

The service was great, the person at the reception and the cleaning ladies were very friendly, which is why it was given 5 stars despite some minor inconveniences.Unfortunately, one elevator that led directly to our room was broken. But there was a second elevator where we had to take a few more steps. The elevators in this hotel are very small so unfortunately you have to use them more often if you have a lot of luggage.Since the afternoon sun shone in our room, it was always very warm in the evening. That wasn't so pleasant for our baby. But that night it worked again.But since we had the window open, we often heard cars driving past (extra) loudly.Of course the hotel can't do anything about that! I still think it’s important for future guests.Overall we were satisfied with the hotel itself.

Are often here because it is well located. The breakfast has improved significantly. Thank God! Very nice older lady with a modern gray short hairstyle who is very professional. Coffee has also been available since the lady arrived.

I never judge. However, this must be passed on to management because a major point has now been corrected that really bothered me personally.I left on June 13th, 2024 and have to get rid of the following.I'm really glad that there was obviously a long-needed change in the breakfast staff.As a rule, you can expect empty bread baskets and partially soiled yoghurt and fruit bowls, as apparently no one felt responsible for this. Which is an imposition. No matter whether you are a guest as a businessman or a craftsman. Please understand this as a combination of constructive criticism and praise at the same time.Suddenly everything works for about 2 weeks. You can see and feel that someone is making a lot of effort. I particularly noticed that all the tables were clean. Despite the larger group of schoolchildren and the increased volume of business, the lady was extremely friendly, polite and accommodating. Hopefully this level can be maintained until the next stay in just under 2 weeks and beyond.It is incredibly added value for you as the operator, as well as for me as a guest, if you don't have to go to Edeka to have breakfast.

Cheap hotel with good connections to public transport. Unfortunately it needs a renovation with basic cleaning of the carpets. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot to choose from, but anyone traveling with children who like to drink a Kaba for breakfast will be disappointed. Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated, the staff was polite and courteous.

A hotel with a family flair. Upon request, I was even given gluten-free rolls. This is not a given. Public transport is a 5-minute walk away. So we would be in the center quickly.

The rooms are great, the beds are comfortable and very clean. It's easy to get to, there's almost a direct bus and train connection. The breakfasts are very tasty!

All in all, recommendable, even if it's a bit old, that's why it still has charm. The room was large and functional and clean. The access is a bit winding and there is a lift, but it is extremely small. You can park in front of the door or in the parking garage. It's expensive everywhere. Price-performance ratio was right. What was particularly noteworthy was the quiet despite the open window, as our room faced the inner courtyard.

Excellent location in Berlin. Close to restaurants, shopping, and bus/train stops. The reception was friendly and gave helpful instructions when I told them we had to leave/check out early. Great value.

Hotel personal is not helpful. Hotel services are reckless. My visa was rejected and I sended to my visa rejection paper to hotel services for refunding money. They promised me to escalate this issue to manager . In addition to that Hotel service wished me to write mail. Both of them did not get any positive or negative result. I dont recommend this hotel&services&administration to any visitor. It would be the biggest mistake to book this hotel for any visitor.
