Booked several rooms, the staff at the reception was too lazy to respond to room requests. He said it would take too long and it would be too much effort for him.After his manager told him to please do it, it took about 1 minute to satisfy us. It's a shame that some employees didn't understand that without customers there is no employer. I have to say that this is the first time this has happened at lbis. It is reassuring that at least in the management positions there are sensible people working who can then take the reins.

A great hotel for people visiting Berlin for the first time. The proximity to the train station and the integration into the Spandau Arcaden shopping center are a huge reason why I will come back as a guest next year at the latest. The room - but also the hotel as a whole - was very clean and gave me a well-kept impression. The view I had in my room on the 10th floor was a highlight of my stay at the Ibis Spandau until the very end. The staff was pleasant and never seemed annoyed when asked the classic questions about city tickets and sights. The breakfast offered at the hotel was very satisfactory; The selection and hygienic aspects were to my satisfaction. I can only repeat how much I look forward to being your guest again.

The design rooms are beautifully designed and have a kettle, the other rooms are more classic and simply furnished, without a kettle. The bar is OK and offers a good drinks menu, the food, like all Ibis hotels, is more of a snack selection. The reception could be a little faster.

Great hotel, was in a great location right by the station, made it easy for us to get around when my husband did the marathon. Rooms are comfortable and clean, they're basic but perfect for what we needed. My husband had breakfast but didn't think it was worth the €17 price he paid.

Brilliant location if you are visiting Berlin by bus, train or tram. It's quite a long stretch to get to Berlin city centre, but Spandau is a pleasant and very interesting place, and this hotel offered more reasonable prices than those located in central Berlin. Our room was modern, clean, pleasant and very quiet, though there is traffic all around the hotel. Thoroughly recommended if you just need somewhere to spend the night.

We chose the hotel because we were going to Paul Kalkbrenner's concert. Directly 2 minutes from the main train station, providing a quick connection to the center of Berlin. The hotel itself is good, the room was big enough and clean. We had a room that faced the main street, which was sometimes very noisy even at night. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that you had to park in the parking garage of the shopping center and then have to go through there with all your luggage and across the street to the hotel, otherwise everything was fine.

10/10Always cleanSuper nice staff!!Always a great viewIn a 2-minute walk you can reach the S-Bahn, the subway and regional transport such as buses and trains. Don't even expect a 1 minute walk. The arcade, where you can shop at Edeka or just shop. There is a very nice park about a 10 minute walk away. I don't know exactly where sea trips are often made on the river or lake. Very nice place.In addition to the arcade, there is also something like an old town, where there are also great shops, doctors, pharmacies and everything.My husband and I only stayed at the Ibis Spandau Berlin for almost a whole year because we liked it there so much.I can only recommend it to everyone
