Good hotel, but the kiosk for after hours check in was broken. A guest had to let me in the door to use the kiosk inside. There should be a QR code to use if the kiosk is unavailable or an email link from when I made my reservation.

So from me a clear grade 1 for the BundB Hotel Berlin Airport Schönefeld. Everything is clean and very nice staff. What is very nice is that you can park around the hotel on the shoulder for 10 hours for free with a parking disc. You can then pay the parking fee for that Save on parking garages.

The hotel is very well connected to the airport and motorway in a fairly quiet business park. The rooms are attractively furnished with (for me) comfortable beds and are very clean. There may be problems when checking in at the terminal after 10 p.m., but these can then be solved via a hotline. Attention: The drinks machine currently only accepts coins because the card terminal is missing! The breakfast offered is OK, although I find it a bit too expensive for the price.However, I can recommend the hotel for one or two short nights near the airport/motorway!

Hello everyone out there. We urgently need to give a review here. We arrived at this house around midnight at night. We wanted to do the check-in, as we said! Not one of the three computers worked. Unable to reach someone. And now several tired travelers 🧳 were already standing in the anteroom, desperately trying to check in. After you were able to unplug a computer and restart Windows, a check-in was finally possible. It was now 1am. When we got to the room we almost fell over. It smelled of garlic and of course the window was closed. We couldn't sleep on the narrow beds and left this house as quickly as possible at 5:30 a.m. and that was the last time for us. If I could give this a grade - a straight 6-. Never again. Complaint was written and money was not refunded as expected. You'll never see us again!!!

2024: Despite poor experiences last year, stayed here again while in transit.First of all, many thanks to Mr. Fried at the reception who saved my lost wallet and sent it back. The rest is basically as usual. Beds and bathroom clean, floor okay. Not enough staff, but very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast ok. So if you don't want to walk barefoot in the room, everything is fine.2023: We stayed here for one night in transit. Family room is big enough, beds are clean, but bottle caps on the shelves and vacuuming would also be good. Bathroom was ok. Breakfast is completely fine for a low budget hotel. Service: with few staff, but friendly and helpful.Very annoying: it feels like the whole hotel is full of construction workers. Unfortunately we had to have breakfast at the same time, which meant long lines at the buffet. You just reached out to take a roll out of the basket and you were insulted. The breakfast room was bursting at the seams and you felt like you were in a canteen. If we had known that, we would have gone somewhere else.

We were looking for a hotel last minute due to a canceled flight. We were lucky enough to stumble across this place. Very helpful and kind guy at the reception, clean room and comfortable bed. He also helped us book a taxi for the next morning (5am!).Just a few minutes drive from the airport.

The rooms are pretty comfortable and everything is clean but not so huge. It is to mention that there is no safe in the rooms and it can be a little bit louder cause of the planes and the nearby airport.
Breakfast was okay, nothing special but not bad.

It does its job, very nice, modern room, very comfortable beds, close to the airport, a bit of a walk if you want to get there by bus from the airport, you have to walk a few kilometers through the countryside, from the hotel to the airport , has a bus stop about 150 m away. If one arrives after 10:00 p.m. You have to enter through a screen outside where you get the access code to the hotel and the room. If you do not want to go to the center of Berlin, due to the schedule or another reason, it is well worth considering this hotel.

Conveniently located hotel near BER airport.Bus and shuttle connection possible, check times!3.7 km walk to the airport, S-Bahn, etc.Clean and quiet, good breakfast buffet

We had a great family room and were able to call a taxi through the hotel for the early morning drive to the airport. Everything worked out wonderfully and we had a relaxing night and little stress in the morning before the flight.
