It was almost the last. Construction noise was announced. But an impudence to the power of three. There were no more parking spaces because the construction companies had taken up everything. To get to the hotel we drove around three times. The construction workers who also lived there complained endlessly. But the girls always cleaned our room. One star is actually too many

We got perhaps a completely new room with a small kitchenette... plenty of space everywhere, a large walk-in shower. and Everything is absolutely clean... the lady at the reception is very nice and pleasant... the ratio price vs. quality ... great

A very clean room. No noise nuisance despite the construction site. The service was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fair to the price.Overall we can recommend the hotel.

Completely unsuitable for vacation.I stayed in this hotel for a 2 weekend seminar.The room cleaning was poor. The floor was not cleaned at all during the stay. On 3 days the beds weren't even made.The stairwell and hallway were also not cleaned daily. You then carry the dirt from the construction workers into your room under your shoes.There are a lot of construction workers staying in the hotel, which becomes noticeable in the evening in front of the hotel in the form of assembly workers from many nations who enjoy drinking in front of the hotel.Breakfast ensures survival, but nothing more.The good location for the S-Bahn would be positiveAll in all I would not recommend this hotel.

A simple hotel in the form of a hospital (interior, exterior). A big advantage is the proximity of the S-Bahn, the Grünau stop and fast transport to the center of Berlin or the international airport.At the time of stay, there is massive construction of buildings around the hotel, so it is difficult to find the hotel if you arrive by car.It follows:1/ the hotel is hard to find, it is surrounded by new construction and cranes all around2/ there is a lot of noise and dust3/ parking a car here is very difficultOtherwise, the rooms are clean, relatively quiet at night. Breakfast is quite ordinary. I would prefer more quality than quantity of the dishes offered.

The hotel is not far from the Grünau stop on the S-Bahn lines and is therefore suitable as accommodation for city travelers who are prepared to accept a relatively long journey for Berlin of around 30 minutes to or from the city center take.It is also currently in the middle of a construction site, but is easy to find. What may be confusing for some people is the access for drivers, where you have to drive directly into the unpaved construction site area, close to the workers and construction vehicles. There are only a few parking spaces in front of the entrance…The staff at reception seemed mostly competent and friendly, at least given my usual concerns.The single room I booked for just one night was very clean and the windows swallowed up most of the construction project immediately outside. The bed also works, but I found the pillow and blanket to be too warm for the current summer outside and sometimes inside temperatures. A generator(?) could be heard quietly throughout most of the night. However, spending the night in a blanket and with earplugs provided the necessary solution.Given the room facilities with a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and sink and the two neighboring supermarkets, it seems unnecessary to me to book breakfast here as well. This is especially true if you stay more than one night.Conclusion:This hotel is highly recommended for a short trip to Berlin or an overnight stay before a later flight from nearby BER. I chose this location precisely because of its convenient location to the airport and the ILA taking place this weekend at the Schönefeld exhibition center.For other visits to Berlin, I find the distance to the city center to be too great and I would not choose this accommodation as my first choice again.

We are here for the third time, this time the first time with a baby. There is an extra bed in the room for the little ones.Rooms are neat and clean, kettle, microwave and fridge available.At breakfast there is a normal selection of food and drinks. The ladies there are always extremely friendly.There is currently construction going on around the hotel, it is possible to drive up to unload. We then parked the car on the street; there are currently very few available in front of the hotel. Wasn't a problem for us. Work starts around 7 a.m., but we didn't find it disturbing even though our room faced directly onto the construction site.We will come again

Reception kindly allowed for early check-in given my situation. Room is pretty spacious, well-furnished and comfortable. Hotel is close to supermarkets and eateries and near a train station for easy transport to Berlin attractions.

Everything is cool, but we live in the 21st century and we need the Internet, the second building doesn’t have it, we’ve been in this hotel for 4 years, but it’s never happened this year. Please pay attention to this!

Perfect location! 5 minutes from the S Bahn. Rewe, Netto, Lidl and a small shopping center are also just a few meters away from the hotel.The hotel is located in the middle of a construction site and it is difficult to find the way to the hotel on foot as it temporarily leads through the construction site.Due to a massive train delay, we didn't arrive at the hotel until 4 a.m., which was clearly too late; the reception was closed. However, we were told in advance by telephone that the room key can also be handed over by security after consultation, so we don't have to worry. That worked wonderfully too!The rooms seem a bit shabby and some of the walls are dirty. The bathroom appears to have been renovated a few years ago, but some mold spots are now visible again. There is a small kitchenette with a kettle and fridge and overall the rooms were clean. The beds are very comfortable in my opinion, but that's a matter of taste. We didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The hotel is sufficient for a weekend, but not my first choice for longer stays.
