In itself a nice hotel, quite quiet from the air traffic. However, the bad surprise came on the day of departure. I was having breakfast and when I returned to the hotel room my room was being cleaned, although final cleaning makes absolutely no sense if the guest hasn't checked out yet. My tea was also simply thrown away. Apparently there is a lack of communication between housekeeping and the hotel regarding the departure date. After several back and forths using Google Translate, the cleaner kindly left the room so that I could pack up my things in peace, but only with the note that I should have used the “do not disturb” sign…

The location at BER Airport is perfect, even if the hotel in the airport is unfortunately not signposted. (Follow the long-distance bus signs)The rooms are very small, but functional. In the standard room you cannot put down and open two large suitcases. The good duvets and the great shower are positive.Unfortunately the breakfast is not worth the money. Carelessly lined up cold cuts and cheap baked rolls. Next time I would save the money and have breakfast at the Kamps bakery in the airport (less than a 5-minute walk).

The “best” that is currently available at Deutsche Bahn‼️‼️The room was noisy, the first night someone was really "reeling 🤢" and thought he/she was in my bathroom because the walls were "very thin", but otherwise it's good!!You have a good breakfast, as I said, the “best” that Deutsche Bahn currently has👍🚂= 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤷

An awesome property just next to Berlin Brandenburg Airport (T1/T2) - which makes this an ideal stay if you have an odd hour flight to catch or if you simply wish to stay at a nice hotel. 😊Rooms appeared fresh and elegant and were literally "spick and span". They even kept a complimentary bottle of water in the room and honored my request for an early check in. Much appreciated.Hotel restaurant and bar gives you dining/drinking options. But if you feel restricted, walk to the Airport (hardly 3-5 minutes) and you will find more options (from standard food to fast food like Burger King).I was pleasantly surprised with their buffet breakfast variation. Really nice! 👏 Unfortunately I had to rush, so limited myself to coffee and croissant. But liked what I saw and it was really well planned variation.Without doubt a great hotel for a quick stay, just next to BER Airport.

Air conditioning was so weak, I couldn't even tell it was working. And when you open the window to help, the AC shuts off automatically, which made the temperature unbearable. Also, the rooms are very far away from the lifts, and the button to call the lift didn't work.

5 minutes walk from terminal 1 and 2 of Berlin airport.Very practical if you have an early morning flight.Hotel with modern decoration and receptionists who speak several languages.Spacious and bright rooms, with complimentary mineral water in the room itself.Bright and spacious bathrooms.As incredible as it may seem and less than 5 minutes from the terminal, the soundproofing of the rooms is perfect. You can't hear a single plane or noise from the neighboring rooms. Sleep quality of 10.The only drawback is that they have another hotel with the same name in terminal T5. My travel agency booked a room without knowing that there were two hotels with the same name and when I got to reception they told me that my reservation was in the other hotel for which I had to take a taxi at night and the next morning and get up earlier still. They called to try to cancel it, but no one answered the phone on several occasions, even though they were from the same company, so I lost the 80 euros of my reservation at their other hotel and had to pay 119 euros to stay at the one in this terminal.Be careful where you book!!It seems to me that they could have made me pay the difference from one to the other, taking into account that I had the reservation for more than two weeks and they are hotels of the same company and they left the other room completely free and unused.I lost 120 euros.

Without us being informed, 400.00 euros were debited from our credit card on file. When we asked, we were told that we had blocked the sink drain and left the water running. The sink was already so clogged that we had to brush our teeth in the shower!! Despite asking and clarifying, the money was not refunded to us. I spend a lot of time in hotels for work, but this has never happened to me. Never a hotel from this group again.ADDENDUM on October 11th, 2024: After repeated consultation, the amount of 400.00 was refunded to me. It is therefore correct that my rating is increased from 1 to 3 stars.

Hotel is located directly at BER. Rooms are modernly furnished and very clean. Friendly staff. In the restaurant you can eat and drink very well in the evening. The breakfast is just brilliant, there is everything and it tastes very good.

We really liked the room!Modern and comfortably furnished, the rather small room still offered enough space and storage space. In addition, despite its direct location at the airport, it was very pleasantly quiet.Luggage could easily be stored in the luggage room before check-in.Check-in can be carried out within 2 minutes at the self-check-in terminal.Hotel room to platform at the airport, 5 minutes walk.

Check-in was fast and efficient. On the days of my stay, one of the two elevators was not working, so there was some wait. The room was nice, clean, reasonably spacious, good sounf proofing, and had a safe and a refrigerator. The bathroom was also not as squeezed as I have experienced at some other InterCity hotels. Of course, it is some distance from the city center but if one wants to stay closer to the airport, it is a very good option.

Location is fantastic, very short walk to the airport.The sauna was a treat (it cost 15 euros). Showers, steam room, very hot sauna. All clean and lovely. Was our own private spa for the evening.The workers behind the desks were very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised.Rooms were big and clean and had plenty of electrical outlets.Downsides: Goofy design of the bathroom with a glass wall and sliding doors. Super awkward if you're not with your spouse. One elevator as the second one is broken (and per the staff, broken for awhile). Makes for slow trips. AC doesn't go very low, so I was a bit warm at night.All together, strangely this hotel near the airport was the best we stayed at in Berlin.
