Avoid at all cost!!!No warm water, heating system doesn´t work, the staff acts as if the issue is new, I asked them about it the day after my check in, but there was no warm water already on the day of my check in. Of course the receptionist didn´t inform me about the problem during the check in process. As I kept reading the recent comments, I quickly realized that the issue with heating and hot water is not new. Disgusting!

BEWARE FRAUD!!!No hot water, no heating.You will NOT get your money refunded and will be lied to by the friendly employee who claims that the problem only exists for a short time, even though there are already a lot of reviews that clearly show that the problem has existed for a week.The rooms are also supposed to be disgusting.

As you can see from the pictures, beds are more than just sagging. I've never slept so badly there. It wasn't dusted beforehand as shown in the picture. There is no wardrobe, only the 3 small compartments, but it was enough for us. Everything is very noisy. You can hear everything from the next room and unfortunately also the trucks on the main street from outside.

There was no hot water and the heating had failed - and had been for days. The lady at reception didn't give the impression that she was taking care of it or informing about the accident and was also unfriendly and aggressive. She showed no willingness to compensate for the deficiency financially or otherwise. The location is okay and the rooms are clean. Price very cheap.

The prices is significantly higher than the average, location is not good but it is not terrible because there is a lot of transports, rooms and services are goodIf you came at night you should enter by the black door its rear door, they should write a note about it but they didn't

I really recommend. Nice service, clean rooms, it was silent. Everything was great. Also it was possible to heat the bathroom, big plus for me.
Only shame there are no kettles inside the room and cutlery would be nice too e.g. for eating the ordered food. So please think about it ;)

I don't understand why people give bad reviews. Hotel is spotless, spacious well maintained rooms, cheap and close to the S bahn. From there you can reach Alaexanderplatz within 10 minutes. Staff is friendly and a great breakfast for under 10 euros. Parking nearby is free.

This hotel was a brilliant choice for our three day visit to Berlin.We had a suite, so my elderly mother-in-law could stay with us.We had a double bedroom, a twin bedroom,two bathrooms with showers, and a sitting room.Yes, some of the furnishings were a little dated, but it was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.It is just a 6 minute walk to the S bahn.There are several restaurants and an Aldi nearby.

Men from another room come to your window naked, they smoke there, we left, they charged 100 euros more than us, I complained before, a man walks around naked, I said he smokes here, they are just on the side Germans, these are our people, never come.

Pretty decent hotel. It's near a metro, so you can ride it for 3.50 euros into the city center (about ten minutes.) The room was fine, a little bit warm at times without AC but big windows to open for a breeze. Did not have an issue here other than one night our key card didn't work for the after hours door (right of the main doors) so we had to call the posted emergency number and wait for staff to come open the door and then our room door. (If you are bothered by sound, you will not like the metro sound all day, but we didn't mind that personally.)

I loved my room. The hotel is also at a convenient location that is close to the Train station as well as other amenities which were a walk away. In fact one of the bars and restaurants I enjoyed, was a minute away from my hotel.

It's a very cute little hotel in a quieter setting, which I really liked. The welcome was very warm👩🏽💼 and the floor staff are also very friendly and do a wonderful job 👍🏻. The room itself is small, but nice and clean🧹👌🏼Within walking distance there are supermarkets, pizzerias🍕, a cocktail bar🍹 and a pharmacy. The distance to the S-Bahn is about 10 minutes, so that's great too. I can definitely recommend the hotel and will definitely visit it again, certainly with breakfast🥐☕😊

We were there for a weekend for an event. We booked by phone and after a strange booking confirmation and another phone call we received a correct confirmation by email. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed. However, we had to pay directly, not with check-out as usual. We booked without breakfast. Right at the beginning we were kindly informed that we could also use our own parking space for an additional charge of 10 euros per night, but we had found something free on the side street. The room smelled disgusting when we entered, but that was probably due to the summer temperatures and unfilled siphons, but it was definitely clean and the beds were freshly made. Clean towels were also available. After we briefly put it under water and aired it out, everything was ok. The room was clean and very spartan, but perfectly fine for our purposes. The bathroom, on the other hand, had a shower curtain that was too short, so we didn't know whether the bathroom door should have been left open as a side barrier for showering. The back of the door was also equipped with a kind of double-wall plate (presumably to protect the door from moisture when showering?). In the evening our TV wasn't working properly, but here too we were helped promptly and in a friendly manner. Definitely 4 stars for the service! If there was something serious to complain about, it was the fact that the rooms are extremely noisy. You can hear every conversation in the hallway, every slam of a door and also the private phone calls made by employees in the yard at 5 a.m. Of course, if you close the window, you won't hear anything from outside (our room was at the back of the courtyard), but you can't stand it in the summer without an open window (our room was a double room with two single beds, it felt a little cramped, but completely OK). Checkout went smoothly and the elevator also worked. We were also allowed to use the rear yard to load and unload the car without paying a fee.All in all, the location was great, the hotel was completely ok for the price and the service staff was very friendly and helpful.
