We really liked the hotel.Value for money was good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very rich and tasted very good. The room was well and functionally furnished. We didn't like the frosted glass pane in the bathroom facing the room: if you have to go to the bathroom at night, the room is also brightly lit. It's very fancy and provides nice light during the day, but not so practical at night. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but the subway station is very close.

Unfortunately my stay at this hotel was disappointing. As soon as I entered my room I noticed an unpleasant smell, so I had to change it. The new room was better, but there was significant limescale deposits on the fittings and tiles in the bathroom, which significantly affected the overall impression. In addition, the appearance of the staff at the reception was not very professional - employees in casual clothing did not exactly create a welcoming atmosphere. Overall the hotel lacks care and professionalism, which I didn't expect at this price.

If you value a night's sleep, you should avoid this hotel. We had a group of shouting, drunk people in the yard half the night. This doesn't seem to affect the hotel. Air conditioning broken. The breakfast is very good, lots of choice. Everything is there. No kettle in the room. Room very small. Overall, the staff seems overwhelmed. Location of the hotel is good. Subway stop. Botanical garden within walking distance. We will not book this hotel again.

The Seminaris Campus Hotel offers spacious rooms and a large bathroom, is located in Berlin-Dahlem, a quiet district 40 minutes from the center by subway with almost direct connections. The creative breakfast (without salmon) and the very friendly staff at breakfast were good. The sauna was pleasant, but you have to pay an extra €6 for it. Unfortunately, there were also a few weak points: the staff at check-in was awkward, the shower was heavily calcified and the bed only had a large blanket. The beds were squeaky, but they were still comfortable so you could sleep well through the night. In addition, the electric window opened very slowly. Overall, a mixed experience, but definitely with potential.

I just checked out of this wonderful hotel staying here for the first, but definitely not the last, time. This architecture of hotel is just beautiful, modern and chic with all modern anemities, fantastic and HUGE buffet breakfast and it's quiet. There's a bowl of apples and two jars of cold water by the elevators, which is a nice bonus. It's spotless, the room and bathroom were super spacious and it's located on the campus of the Free University of Berlin in the charming and wealthy Dahlem neighborhood. The two things which really bothered me: I felt that two of the reception workers gave me attitude when I said that I don't speak German and they pretended not to speak English (very strange indeed that they're in the hospitality service and they don't speak English) when I afterwards heard them speaking fluent English to other guests. Second: A third, super nice, worker at the reception reeked of bad body odor - it's embarrassing to even write, but this should not happen being the face of the hotel as he receives new guests..... But all in all, again - it was a great stay and I'll be back.

I was a conference guest without an overnight stay. The food was excellent, although a constant supply of coffee would have been desirable. Maybe lactose-free versions of the great mousses for dessert would also be nice, but that's complaining at a high level. The staff seemed a bit disoriented at times, especially in the bar, but everyone was friendly.A projector in the seminar room should be a natural feature! The large windows with a panoramic view in the seminar room were nice.

The hotel itself as well as the food and the location are good. But I personally think that asking for an early check-in at 2 p.m. when you have a major event in the house twice a year is borderline. From my point of view, it is also an absolute no-go that two strangers suddenly stand in my room at 2330, throw me out of bed and claim that it is their room, which is more than wrong. Mistakes can certainly happen, but the reception didn't care much; I was brushed off with the statement "that was a different shift and we're overbooked." Very unfortunate and not professional either. Disturbance of the peace and no security for your valuables, that's simply not possible!
