Worst "hotel" ever!Impossible to sleep because of the disco on the ground floor, you can hear everything!Angry staff, shared toilet in the hallway, worn rooms. Just no!

DO NOT take the hotel! It was my second time there, I'd like to give it another chance - but not anymore! The hotel had no hot water for two days, the outside temperature was 8 degrees at night, in the old walls of the hotel, it was icy in the room, and the heating did NOT work! The kicker is, I was kicked out of the room at 11:12 because check out is not at 12pm, but at 11am!My contract documents from the booking say 12u!So I was able to quickly leave Berlin, freezing and unwashed! An absolute disgrace!—————The rooms are spartan but okay, but the price is NOT right! The hotel is very old, and the room door is a simple white wooden door like you have in the attic at home. For the money, look elsewhere! However, the central location is great!

I reserved a room for one night on 18.09.2024. But unfortunately, the behavior of the hotel employees was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. They knocked the door very hard in the morning and woke us up and told us very insulting words that you should leave the hotel. And at the check-out time, they treated us with an unexpected and completely unprofessional behavior and with discriminatory words.

There shouldn’t be a hotel here, and if there were it shouldn’t be this one.Main problem is extremely loud club next door. Second problem is very poor signal on the premises and poor wifi.No redeeming features to make up for these problems: decoration, service, utilities and price all mediocre or worse.Overall: you probably shouldn’t stay here. I’m sure Berlin has nice hotels to offer, including in this price range. Go stay there.

The most rude service, with the most awful stay i had in my life. Right under the hotel is a club with loud music that goes late in the night, the receptionist does nothing to help and just shrugs her shoulders. They have the audacity to have house rules about being quiet after 10 p.m. When there is a night club right under your floor… and we stay on the first floor…Whatever you do don’t come here

You literally can't sleep. There is a club at the first floor blasting arab music all night. No facilities, there is a weird smell in the room. Also no WiFi =)I don't recommend this hotel to no-one.

I had a good experience in this hotel, small small room with toilet and shower, the price is low for Berlin.

Rooms clean and functional. Toilet in the hallway. Wasn't clear from the description. Very noisy. If you only need a bed to sleep in and a dry accommodation with a sink is enough, otherwise not recommended. The photos look more impressive than what it really offers. Probably old photos. Different hotel. The strange smell would be covered up with some kind of men's deodorant spray. Very unpleasant.Shower in the room. If you are not entitled to a short stay. Not more. Only for transit. All in all disappointing. I wouldn't have booked like that... If the description were more honest.Parking is free from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., otherwise only with a parking meter.Kantstrasse is full of restaurants and shopping opportunities.Since it was just a business trip and I needed a place to sleep from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., it worked. Wouldn't book it twice knowing that. There's definitely something of high quality for the price. 20 euros a night would have done it too. As a homeless shelter it would serve a really good purpose.I already had a higher quality room for the price with a reasonable bathroom and breakfast. But what I have to say is that the staff was nice to me and even the bed was made, which I didn't expect at all.
