A great hotel with very nice staff. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. The location is very central and therefore ideal for getting to know the outlet city.It was very nice to stay here. Thank you.

A very bad experience. Unfortunately, the person in charge of the hotel had a bad attitude. Entering the rooms at 3 o’clock and leaving at 10:30 in the morning!!! It was raining, so I told them that I would arrive early at 11 in the morning. They said that you had to pay 35 euros if you wanted an early check-in. So I refused the offer through Booking. It arrived at 10 in the morning and I went outside until 1 in the afternoon. I went to the hotel and found the door at the reception locked. I called her and she said you refused. She did an early check in. I told her I refused, but now the door at the reception is locked. I put the things down below the reception. She said we do not open the reception until 3 pm!!! I told her that it is raining and it is not good for me to sit outside. She said that there is, I waited until 3 pm to open the door while there were people as old as 2 years old waiting at the door as if you were sharpening it!!! Keep in mind that there is no reception available and no door open before 3 p.m., and keep in mind that after 8 p.m. there is no one at the reception and it comes up at 10:30 in the morning, with no room service and the beds are single, we leave them next to each other, not even a phone, and there is no air conditioning if the weather is hot and no parking unless you have a car. But the solution is that they tell you to park in the Outlet parking lot, which is 500 meters away from them, and there the cost of parking is 14 euros per day, which is considered very good. There are better hotels in the place and closer to Outlet, and I do not recommend it at all because it is expensive and there are no services, unfortunately.

The hotel was fine, but a few things could have been better. There was no air conditioning, though luckily it wasn’t too hot when we stayed.The breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options. They also charge for parking, but the lot was already full when we arrived, and there were only a few spots available. Overall, it was an average experience.

Nice and clean hotel, suitable for one or two nights when shopping.The room was clean but warm and a bit noisy at night.The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially when we arrived late. No problem 😁

I stayed here for two days. Unfortunately, June happens to be the beginning of summer. Enjoy an extra night of free steam bath because:Maybe Germany has cold weather most of the time. Therefore, the rooms in this hotel only provide heating and no air conditioning. Again, no air conditioning provided, only heating.An electric fan is provided in the room. But the hot air is still hot wind no matter how hard the electric fan works. I could only sleep profusely for two nights. When the heat became unbearable in the middle of the night, I had to get up and drink water all the time.The hotel itself has four mechanical parking spaces. Things to note: The maximum vehicle limit is 1700mm. If the car you drive is a large SUV, you have to park at a nearby park house, which is a three-dimensional parking lot. Walking distance is about 10 minutes. Quite convenient. It is recommended that if it is a large SUV, it is recommended to park in the P2 parking lot of OUTLET CITY🅿️ near the boutique village, the parking space is large.There are two parking spaces in front of the hotel, and each time you can park for 2 hours free of charge. Whether you can stop it or not depends on luck. These two parking spaces are completely free from 6 pm to 8 pm every day, and there is no limit to parking for 2 hours. It's a parking advantage worth noting.There is a small supermarket NETTO next to the hotel, which is very convenient for buying drinks.Overall, if there is no air conditioning and you like heat, and you think heat is not a problem, I would give this hotel 5 stars. But being afraid of heat, I was really shocked. I didn’t sweat as much in one week in Thailand as I did in two nights here. It is recommended to choose to come in autumn or winter, it’s totally fine💯The reception desk is only staffed from 3pm to 8pm. At other times, please contact the person in charge by phone to arrange check-in arrangements.For breakfast, you can choose to consume it in the hotel, eat hand-baked croissants, or buy it at the nearby McDonald's 🍔.If you like spicy Asian food, there is a Malatang restaurant 200 meters away from the hotel, which is authentic and delicious😋.
