The estate is beautiful. The whole property is impressive, clean and romantic. We were warmly greeted, given a welcome drink and given the key to our apartment. Our room was larger than expected and practically furnished. There is a star deduction because, strangely enough, we had a lot of dead flies on the window sills. The dinner and breakfast were perfect, leaving nothing to be desired. I'd love to come back.

Positive: food (also gluten-free for breakfast, great); Ambiance, modern, spacious, good furnishings.Negative: no darkening on the ground floor of the room towards the kitchenette, which means headlights from cars driving past at night, very annoying.Very noisy (cars, but also neighboring rooms)The bed is upstairs on an open mezzanine, which is actually nice but at night you have to go downstairs to go to the toilet (a small night light would be helpful)The shower cubicle in the bathroom is outdated and doesn't fit with the otherwise high-quality ambience

The historic buildings and the complex have their charm. What should be emphasized is the friendliness/helpfulness of the employees. Nevertheless: Arrived on Sunday afternoon - reception and restaurant closed; Monday: Restaurant closed; Tuesday the note "We look forward to welcoming our guests again from 3 p.m.". This can also be described as a service desert. The rooms were built above the former farm buildings: sleeping with the windows open is not possible because of the traffic noise - you should bring earplugs. If you close the windows, you sorely miss air conditioning. The shower is difficult for older guests because of the very high entry.Even looking at the atmospherically well-designed restaurant, I can only objectively conclude: attentive staff; otherwise the price/performance ratio is not right! Can only get better.

It was a completely perfect stay. The service and rooms were beautiful, as was the entire grounds. We had dinner twice. I had asked in advance for gluten-free food. Everything worked great and the food was more than delicious. For breakfast there were also gluten-free rolls and an excellent buffet.

We had booked an arrangement with 3 nights including menu and wine accompaniment. We were greeted very friendly upon arrival. Information was given regarding the menu processes. But we stuck to the arrangement as per the arrangement, which wasn't a problem.The rooms are nice. Only the street that runs directly next to the building was quite loud. Earplugs solved this problem at night.The breakfast left nothing to be desired and dinner in the courtyard was always the culmination of the day. It always tasted great. The young people, who appear to be in training, tried very hard to fulfill everyone's wishes. The boss organized everything really well. The fact that most of the rooms don't have a balcony or terrace wasn't a problem, as you could sit in the beautiful garden after dinner and end the day or evening with a delicious wine, for example.Thank you for the lovely days.

We celebrated our family wedding at the Schloss Auerstedt resort. We can really recommend the ambience, the service, the rooms and, above all, the food. The advice and recommendations in advance were very helpful. Ms. Reinhardt gave us very good advice with a good feeling for us and the weekend; the pianist on Saturday evening was also an enrichment and something very special.The complex is well-kept, spacious with cozy corners, a natural pool, enough parking spaces and wonderful, spacious rooms.

The 4 of us had booked the girls' short trip with Toskana Therme; I can only say, top, top, top.The rooms are awesome, they're actually not rooms, but small apartments, really nice.The dinner as part of the arrangement was fantastic, the breakfast offers everything your heart desires.The service is 1 A with ****Anyone who has something to complain about here is out of their minds!We promise we'll be back!

We had booked an apartment with two rooms, our dog was also there.The hotel is located on a large, beautiful property with a lawn, natural pool and parking lot (5€/night), in an absolutely quiet location. The apartment was quite small, not very comfortable, especially in the living room you don't feel comfortable due to the small window, unfortunately the apartment wasn't that clean either. There was a fridge and kitchen. The price for the apartment is moderate at around 120€/night without breakfast.We found the atmosphere to be petty at times: when we checked in we had to sign a "dog policy" which was then kept on file. There were two 0.25ml mineral water bottles in the room, one of which (!) was on the house.Some employees very friendly.Breakfast quality and selection fluctuated a bit, but quite decent, but at €19/person it was a “sporty” price.Some of the staff are very friendly. WiFi quality fluctuates.

This is a place to linger. The rooms have a really romantic atmosphere and are sufficiently equipped for a weekend and there is also the option to expand the equipment for longer, which is a very good idea. Everything is clean and everything is taken care of. The service is definitely worth 5 stars because the staff enjoy their work and are always available to answer any questions. The room service also responds in a friendly and courteous manner. We were asked whether we were satisfied or whether we were still missing something and we could only say that everything was great because that was it. The room was prepared again during our breakfast, bed linen was changed (we were grateful as it was warm on those days 🥵), glasses and cups were changed etc., so clear 5 stars for room service too.The castle estate is very well signposted and clearly shows where everything can be found.
