For a short trip, the price/performance ratio is unbeatable! Location is also great because you drive off the highway and are right there

We were here because we had a construction site nearby. The rooms are modernly furnished and everything works. However, it must also be said that the nearby motorway makes it very loud when you open the windows (you can hardly hear them when the windows are closed). Because of this, and because there are no shops within walking distance, there are only 2 stars for location. The booking and check-in went smoothly. There are no employees on site, which is why I can of course only give one star for service. The rooms are not cleaned during the stay. The tiles in the shower don't seem to be laid very well, which means that the shower water sometimes doesn't run towards the drain but into the bathroom or hallway. It's also easy to find yourself in the dark because the light in the bathroom comes on via a motion detector. I liked the cooking facilities and that there was a fridge with a freezer compartment. I wouldn't recommend it for a multi-night vacation. But it is definitely suitable as inexpensive accommodation for 1-2 nights or, as with us as fitters.

Conveniently located for an overnight stay (near the A 9). The rooms are spacious and serve their purpose. Spacious bathroom with a sufficiently large shower. Points are deducted for the terrible curtains. The curtains are completely dirty and stained and should urgently be cleaned or replaced.

Nice hotel to stay overnight. The US motel character is great. The room is ok so far. You get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable and clean. Cleanliness in the room is ok. Bathroom large and nice shower. 2 stars deducted for the cleanliness, which could be a little better (corners and ceiling). Another deduction for the really completely hidden curtains... Although this is more at the expense of the people who are obviously fumbling around with the white fabric with completely dirty hands.

I feel obliged to warn potential guests of the facility. We made the reservation through Booking.com... the hotel is self-service by design and offers contact until 10 p.m. Since we knew we would arrive at the facility later, we informed the hotel... we checked in online and received access codes to two booked rooms. However, on site, surprise, because one of the rooms did not open. None of the codes worked, and of course the hotel's phone numbers did not answer. As a result, at night we were exposed not only to additional costs, but above all to stress and searching for accommodation in the area, for two elderly parents - I will point out that this is not a location rich in reasonable places to stay.However, the story does not end there... the facility, despite providing the amount for the night, ultimately charged twice as much from my credit card for each of the rooms... to this day I cannot ask for a refund or any reasonable contact with the facility. The people who answer the phone claim that they only deal with reservations.I personally recommend avoiding the property at all costs and being careful with the practices it uses because unfortunately they resemble fraud. I still expect an urgent refund and compensation from the property.

TLDR: We found our room dirty, obviously not cleaned after the previous guests. We had to look for a different place to stay in the middle of the night. The hotel has never answered anything to our complaints, no apologies, no money back.Here's what happened: as we arrived at hotel, we found the room dirty - it was obviously not cleaned at all after the previous guest. The bedsheets were all over the bed, there was some hair in the sheets, used towels in the bathroom, leftovers of bread from the last guest on the floor and greasy stains of the table. The room was simply not prepared to accommodate the next guest. I attach pictures that show what we found there.Of course we couldn't stay in a dirty room. We immediately contacted booking.com and filed a complaint (to which, as I learnt on the booking.com telephone line, BI Hotel never answered anything at all). We also tried calling the BI Hotel number, but after 22:00 there was nobody answering or at the reception. In these circumstances, we had to leave and look for another place after midnight, which was not easy. It has been a week now and we never received any answer from BI Hotel - neither via booking.com, nor via e-mail, let alone an apology or a refund.If you want to spend your money, find a dirty room and look for something else in the middle of the night, I highly recommend this place.

So the room itself is great for the price, it was just ultra warm, the tap had 2x warm water and not really cold water, the kitchenette in it was very spacious and the beds were ok. The refrigerator is large and you can store a lot. Unfortunately there were a lot of creepy crawlies in some rooms. But otherwise a modern, pleasant hotel with good WiFi.

Lost of time and money.If you want stay 2-3 hours front the room whitout reception and any code to enter the room come here.I waited 3 hours front the hotel and nobody sent me a code to enter my room.Don’t come here

The bed is hard and uncomfortable, the pillows are too thick and also uncomfortable. The light in the bathroom comes on when you go in and stays on for at least 10/15 minutes, which can be very annoying at night. The refrigerator is very loud. I would have liked to disconnect it from the electricity, but I would have had to open the curtains to get to the socket: but they are full of angular brown stains. Never again.

Dirty toilet paper with brown fingerprints on the roll. Stuffy rooms. Poorly insulated so that the noise of the highway could be heard. Dirty curtains with large brown stains. Bed torn open on the side and broken.

The location is ideal for breaking up a long road trip, but definitely not for anything more. The mattresses are hard as if you were lying on cement bags. The bathroom door is a sliding door with generous louvers all around, so any noise penetrates into the bedroom, which can be very disturbing at night.
