The hotel is located directly at the train station. There is a free parking lot behind the hotel. The rooms are old-fashioned and shabby. When you enter the room you are struck by an unpleasant smell, there was a foreign hair in the bed, but otherwise the room was clean and we slept relatively well, despite being close to the train station. We were in the main house, where the shower had a shower screen and no curtain.Breakfast was so-so. Coffee and juice didn't taste particularly good, scrambled eggs were cold, rolls were dry and there wasn't a large selection of sweet dishes. The breakfast room was sufficiently large and with a little more attention to detail it could almost be described as cozy. Unfortunately, as it currently stands, it is reminiscent of the train station hall. For 50€, for one night it's okay. It's not worth more.

No, you can't expect the quality of an emperor's hotel in the building built in the 1990s at the train station (opposite the employment office and several discount stores). Overall there's hardly anything to complain about - rooms clean and large, breakfast sufficiently acceptable, reception a bit sterile but not unfriendly.A small note: The shower is separated with a shower curtain that is not up to date from a hygienic point of view. The image of the mini television in the form of a larger tablet and the sound of an empty tin can requires you to bring opera glasses and the hotel's own, unlit, undeveloped parking lot is accessible to everyone 24 hours a day.

The hotel was sufficient for one night. The room in the annex was a bit small and unfortunately the beds were a bit too soft. Unfortunately, two single beds are no longer appropriate. And the furnishings are also very old-fashioned.The breakfast buffet was ok. Unfortunately, the coffee in the pot was already very lukewarm. Apparently prepared too early. Only one condition is not sufficient with a full house. The poor thing couldn't keep up with filling the buffet again and clearing it away at the same time.And I thought it was a shame not to have orange juice for breakfast. Just apple juice and water...As I said, a two night stay would be ok...

Unfortunately, zero stars could not be given. Rooms shabby, shower curtains too old, beds sagging, open drain in the bathroom (strong smell), shower room all, breakfast room too small (hospital atmosphere). But…close to the train station!

Located right next to the train station, you can't expect peace and quiet from there. In the forecourt of the train station there is always a certain atmosphere of clientele and the hotel parking lot serves as a urinal for them.I can't say anything about breakfast because I looked at it briefly and wasn't prepared to pay €10 for it.It's okay that the rooms aren't cleaned every day, but the fact that the trash can was only emptied once in 4 nights and nothing else was done is really weak. If you wanted to brush your teeth in the morning, you had to let the water run for a moment because the siphon smelled of feces. Very uncomfortable early in the morning...All in all, I wouldn't stay here again.

This 3 star accommodation is NOT recommended.Reception... Hotel was locked upon arrival at around 2 p.m., no response after ringing the bell or knocking, information was given by phone that check-in was only possible from 3 p.m., and there was NO way to leave your luggage beforehand, the same thing at 3 p.m at the front, hotel closed, after a strong knock there was an open gap through which the information came... check in only possible from 4 p.m.,...Breakfast...incredibly bland in the cheapest quality and with hygienic standards that we have never encountered before, simply below average,...Room...basic cleaning is missing, windows smeared with dead flies, dust and dirt in all areas, bathroom has a bad smell even though the ventilation ran continuously,...

Unfortunately, my stay at the Center Hotel Kaiserhof in Naumburg was very disappointing. On the evening of my check-in, the staff called me at 7:00 p.m. asking where I was staying. I had already paid for the room in advance and asked to simply leave the key in the safe with an access code. The employee refused and told me that he would only be there until 8:00 p.m. and that if I came later I wouldn't get a key.The rooms themselves weren't any better. There is no air conditioning, which made sleeping almost impossible in the current heat. In addition, the towels were not changed during my two-day stay. Shampoo and hand soap provided were from a drugstore and appeared to be privately purchased.Check-out was also chaotic. I had to check out at 7:00 am but when I got to the reception there was no one there. There was no information about where I should leave the key. Finally I threw the key in the mailbox and tried to call several times to let them know - but no one was available.For €80 per night I expect a certain standard and customer service. Unfortunately, this was my last stay at this hotel and I definitely won't be returning.

We were here with a senior group. We were welcomed very friendly, the rooms were clean and functionally furnished. Half board, which was offered, was tasty and attractively prepared. Overall, we were very satisfied.However, the location is close to the train station and on the street quite noisy.

Unfriendly, grumpy staff, the rooms smelled, you had to air them out for several minutes and were anything but really clean, the breakfast buffet was almost empty at 8:00 a.m. and it was only refilled upon request, the coffee machine didn't work for several minutes and was Also only cleaned upon request, the breakfast buffet unfortunately cannot be beaten in terms of lack of love. It offers, among other things, ready-made rolls, half slices of several discounter cold cuts (without serving, simply cut in half and put out of the pack) and yoghurts from the premium brand good&cheap. Unfortunately there is no relationship between price and performance here either. We had booked the hotel for 3 nights, according to the e-mail this was also confirmed, on our supposed departure day we were woken up by the staff in a very unfriendly manner and greeted with these words. She should have been out of the hotel yesterday, the alleged one had to close You still have to pay for a night spent wrongly and even without breakfast. The staff didn't even let anyone talk to them and didn't even bother to check their documents to see if it was a mistake on their part. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolute impudence. Hotel wants €25 in advance for the use of the key box. Absolute impudence, no accommodation. Debits can only be made via an additional credit card (under no circumstances the one used for booking ?????). Funny, customer friendliness is zero.I will cancel the overnight stay that I have already paid for.

The hotel can be criticized in terms of friendliness and service. It is actually common practice to be able to store your luggage for a short period of time. That doesn't work here because you're not there all the time. At the entrance you can read that guests are welcome until 8 p.m. The rooms were nothing to complain about, a shoe horn and maybe a bottle of water would have been nice. A drinks machine would have been desirable.

After our arrival at the train station at 2 p.m., our group headed to the hotel and instead of a greeting, we were greeted extremely rudely with "You know that check-in is only at 4 p.m. and I'm going to go and lock up now." Our request to at least be able to leave our luggage as we had booked a city tour was vehemently rejected. Our suggestion that we could put the luggage in one of our 8 booked rooms was also rejected because the lady didn't know whether a room was ready and didn't want to explore it. The words "we don't offer this service and now it's over" were used. The later check-in was very inconvenient and unfriendly. One participant in our group wanted to book breakfast later, but that would only have been possible if she had breakfast before 7 a.m. Mind you, the breakfast room was only half full between 8 and 9 a.m. for the next two days. The elevator was broken and luggage had to be dragged to the 2nd floor. Elderly guests were not offered any help either. The rooms were very different for the same price. Some are large and modern with a box spring bed and whirlpool bathtub. The others with very narrow single beds, a very small shower with a disgusting shower curtain and no storage space as well as an empty shower gel container, a poorly draining toilet, a dirty toilet brush, a dirty fan, dirty bed linen and inferior pillows. A simple intermediate door to the neighboring room made it possible to hear everything from one another. The breakfast was very simple with cheap products. Used plates were not cleared away. Absolutely no recommendation for this accommodation.

Hotel directly at the train station in Naumburg (Saale). The room (suite) we had was adequately equipped. The bed was ok and the room was clean. Some of the ceiling lights in the bathroom didn't work and the bathroom mirror was unfortunately not lit. The breakfast was simple and sufficient, but nothing special. The service was OK, but nothing more. The main problem of the hotel is the location. The loudspeaker announcements at the station can be heard day and night. The nighttime freight trains are annoying. If you need peace and quiet to sleep, you should have hearing protection with you. Price was in the middle range.

We spent two nights with friends and children at this year's Saale Wine Mile (2024) in the Kaiserhof - main building. Check-in was friendly and professional, no reason to complain. The check-out, on the other hand, was just a matter of “checking in”, no questions about the stay, no farewell, which is something we are not used to.Our room was anything but clean and the interior was clearly showing its age. The toilet was also massively dirty and we had to remove the traces of previous use before using it ourselves. Simply disgusting and unacceptable. The mattresses are far too soft / "saggy".Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet cannot be beaten in terms of lack of love. It offers, among other things, ready-made rolls, half slices of various discounter cold cuts (without serving, simply cut in half and put out of the pack) and yoghurts from the premium brand good&cheap. Unfortunately there is no relationship between price and performance here either.The location, on the other hand, was almost ideal (for our purposes), being right next to the train station, we were able to reach our planned destinations in a relaxed manner. Even on foot you are not too far off the beaten track and it takes ~ 30 minutes to get to the start (finish) of the event. There were also enough parking spaces available.This is a personal experience report. We fully understand that the Haus zur Weinmeile 2024 was full and that not everything always goes smoothly as planned. That probably excuses a few delays or the occasional “verbal slip” in moments of stress, but it doesn’t excuse basic principles such as hygiene and cleanliness or a certain quality standard.Unfortunately, the stay in this hotel tarnished the overall impression of our trip (great landscape, nice hosts, great organization, good wine).
