Well, it's just getting old. Unfortunately service is not that good. Rooms to stay overnight are okay. It didn't have to be any more 😀

**Notice :**I arrived at this hotel late and found the key placed as agreed with management. I had booked a package with breakfast included. Unfortunately, at 9:15 a.m. there was no one at reception, which prevented me from having breakfast. I found that the price paid was very high compared to the quality of comfort, which was mediocre. Plus, I was on a work trip. For my part, I will not return to this hotel and I strongly advise against staying there. I hope they will reimburse me for the breakfast, which they were able to collect, but which I was not able to consume.

Room on the street side with car racing until 1am and rumbling teenagers. “Relaxed sleeping and living” is different!! Breakfast Well. Cleaning and quality of the room leaves something to be desired. Mattress too soft and no adjustment option. English speaking staff only.

Overnight stay with two people for one night. Below in the review there are some points listed that were negative.I noticed a defect in the room door, so I called the number that could be found online. However, I couldn't reach anyone there. In a notebook lying in the room I found further numbers which I called and in the end reached an employee who was not responsible.I told him my problem and he assured me that he would take care of it and inform the colleague present on site. We agreed that he would then come to the booked room. After half an hour I called again and was told that it would now take 1 1/2 hours and that I would have to pay a service fee of €70 if I just didn't really know how to handle this door. There was also a knob on the outside of the door and no one could get in. I then told him how easy it was to open the door from the outside using a thin credit card. I also asked him how to operate this door “correctly” in order to lock it.He couldn't tell me that on the phone either. He told me to make a decision now otherwise he would hang up. Since it was already quite late, I asked for a new room, whereupon I was told that an employee could come in 1 1/2 hours and if he got the door locked, then I would have to pay a flat rate of €70. Since the way people communicated with me was becoming increasingly rude, I said that it couldn't be the case that people could be so rude to me as a guest just because I said that the door was broken and I needed help. The employee then simply hung up.The next morning I went to reception and told the employee what the situation was yesterday; he only spoke English.I explained to him the situation and that I would like a discount due to the defects such as mold and lack of cleanliness. He told me that he couldn't do that because the boss wasn't there.During the conversation it came out that the door has had this defect for a long time and that this was known. It is also known that there is mold in the bathroom and the shower looks the way it does.- In the bathroom there is black mold on the wall above the shower and at the top of the ceiling window.- Mold in some joints in the shower.- The bottom of the shower wall is completely run down and all the paint is flaking off and no longer looks clean.- There is complete dust all around on top of the tiles and it hasn't been for 2/3 days.- Even though the heating in the bathroom was on level 4, it didn't get pleasantly warm there.- The carpet no longer looks particularly clean in some places and is very dirty.- There was still a snack under the bed from the previous visitor.- There was still water in the kettle from the previous visitor.- The small box with milk, tea and coffee was broken and the milk it contained had expired for 2 1/2 months.
