Room is warm and clean. It's on the roadside, but the windows aren't soundproof very well. Noisy car sound. The road from Jungang Station is uphill. There are many restaurants across the street.

CAUTION ⚠️ There are scammers who send out phishing emails in the name of the hotel and even hack into the booking messaging system. Problem is, the hotel doesn't seem to care. Because when I was scammed, the hotel simply told me that they couldn't do anything about it and that I would still have to pay again. The thing is, the hotel has known about this for a long time but doesn't warn about it anywhere on the website or give you a message. As a customer you are simply left to your own devices and you can't reach anyone there by phone. I advise everyone against this hotel. Miserable and unfriendly!

After the hotel reservation was confirmed, they sent me a message from Hotel that the price was increased by 10% and I have to pay more than originally agreed. This is fraud. I definitely can't recommend it.

Close to the train station, the Dortmunder U and the shopping street.It was a bit too elegant for me, the room was small and cozy. The service was good.

This review goes to the front desk.The young man who served me was too good.I will choose the hotel again and again from now on, I hope he checks me in 😋And now checked in again with someone else and also the top one.Had a cool conversation.Food was received.Too good simple.We didn't have any pillows in the bed, so something must have gone wrong.But we wanted to get 2 pillows and got 3 🤣

I was booked a room there for one night and at first I thought I was in the wrong hotel. The entrance hall was very pompous. There was nothing to complain about in the room. It was clean, everything was there and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that was unpleasant was the smell in the hallways. It didn't smell bad, but there was an intense smell of cleaning in the entire hallway.Overall I can recommend it

Great hotel. Especially for the price, very luxurious, location is right in the center of Dortmund, staff could be a bit friendlier but certainly nothing wrong with that. Overall a top hotel, if I'm ever in Dortmund again. I would definitely come back here

Fantastic location, right at the start of the pedestrian street in the heart of the city. It's only a short walk to both the train and metro stations, which was really convenient. The staff were friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was incredibly quick and smooth.While the street can be a bit noisy, and there's no air conditioning, we were lucky to have a room facing the quieter courtyard. In colder months, like October when we stayed, the lack of air conditioning wasn't much of an issue. However, with no air circulation, we found ourselves needing to open the window for fresh air, but that meant running the heater at the same time to stay warm.The room's door could use better soundproofing, though, as we were woken up a few times by noise from the hallway. Other guests were coming and going loudly in the middle of the night, which affected our rest.There’s a unique system for housekeeping – you need to hang the cleaning sign on the door handle by 8 AM if you want your room cleaned that day. While this might suit early risers, it wasn’t ideal for those who want to sleep in, as our room stayed uncleaned for several days.On the bright side, the shower had excellent water pressure, though the floor corner was often wet due to a small leak. Despite these minor issues, overall, it was a comfortable stay in a prime location.

I was about to book a room in this hotel, as I am a wheelchair user I need an accessible room and I was told that there are no accessible rooms in this hotel! A huge block and no barrier-free room? This is really embarrassing! Shame on you!

It’s one of the worst hotel I have stayed, no AC , telephone,fridge and the room service every 2 to 3 days they come and clean by requesting them more then 3 times in a day,I have to go down to reception to take towel and tissues and clean the room till the house keeping can come after 2nd dayBad hotel.Only the location it’s fine
