Nice hotel, very nice staff, delicious breakfast) there are many shops near the hotel.The expectations were much worse since the hotel is roadside, but everything turned out to be much better. At night it is better to close the window, otherwise it will be difficult to sleep because of the road nearby. The mattresses are a little uncomfortable (very soft). Everything is great, we’ll come again 🥰

we had a room for Saturday 2 p.m. we just asked if it was possible to have it earlier he kicked us out and told us to cancel the unwelcoming reservation and the price would double once the room was canceled flee!!!

Stayed Wednesday 11th September for one night as was visiting Kerpen for business. I have to be honest that I was very disappointed with the hotel. On arrival the gentleman at reception was unwelcoming but I can look past that. The rate for one night for an ensuite room with a double bed was €139.00. The room was very basic and in need of modification. The bed was not made – there was a blanket folded on the mattress and cushions instead of pillows. The bed itself was very uncomfortable and my back is aching from a night on it, in which I got no sleep because of the bed but also because the room was sweltering. Opening the window does not help because of the proximity of the hotel to noisy roads. I received numerous insect bites overnight to top off a miserable night. I wanted a bottle of water but was dismayed to see that the complimentary bottle on the dressing table required a bottle opener, of which there was not one in the room. The only positive experience was departure where a very friendly gentleman went the extra mile in trying to help me source a taxi back to the airport. I plan on returning to Kerpen but I will not be choosing this hotel until I know it’s upped its game. For the rate, it’s very poor.

Clean and tidy, really nothing to complain about. Spacious room, a bit warm when the window is closed. With the window open, a bit of traffic noise. Very conveniently located, plenty of parking. Very extensive breakfast. The perfect hotel to spend a night in transit.

Clean, simple hotel with very friendly service and a great breakfast buffet.Rooms are simple but also super clean. Unfortunately it's a bit noisy because it's close to the street. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

When I arrived at 4pm with my family. I was shocked, I was confused whether it was a Hotel or a restaurant. When I checked in, the kitchen door was open and the women were talking loudly and it smelled like disgusting food. I almost threw up when I checked in. at morning...Staff ignore the "Do not disturb" sign..Unfortunately some people in management are inexperienced. I will definitely not be returning...

Since the hotel we actually booked in Erfststadt has been closed for two years, we switched to this hotel.I don't have much to complain about, but we had to take a detour to get to Phantasialand, the reason for our visit.We were satisfied for 1 night.The room was clean and tidy as far as the sanitary facilities were concerned. Breakfast was completely sufficient and varied, you shouldn't expect salmon or anything like that or freshly squeezed ojuice.We were satisfied.

The impression in the pictures is better than the rooms actually on site. Bed quite worn out. Facilities rather old-fashioned. The cleanliness in the room grade 3-. The cleanliness in the bathroom 2+. The intermediate door in the room could not be closed and as a result the hallway noises came directly into the room. The room is located directly in the backyard of an Aral gas station. The location of the hotel is right on a traffic circle so the noise level was a little higher. The breakfast was okay but for the price of just under €130 per night including breakfast, I definitely won't come back again.

Nice, modern and simple hotel.Breakfast fresh and sufficient.The location is a bit difficult, parking spaces directly in front of the hotel are limited.However, there is sufficient parking space in the nearby shops.

For the price, 135 euros per night, it has been a very poor experience... to begin with, I had to make the bed both days since they only left the duvet folded on top... there was no iron in the room and upon requesting it They only had 1 in the entire hotel that I could use for 15 minutes... you couldn't control the temperature of the room... many details that for the price left a lot to be desired...

I used to be a regular guest at the hotel when it still belonged to the Tost family.Since I was in the area again, I of course booked myself there again. What can I say... I was really disappointed:The welcome was more than "cold" and "matter of fact"... the carpet in the room was stained and the beds were worn out.Of course, the checkout was just as “cool”... not a word, no question as to whether everything was OK...Also at the breakfast buffet: not a word from the staff, no good morning, nothing at all.It's a real shame for what used to be a really well-maintained and run house.
