We stayed in Lili's small hotel with our family from Friday to Saturday, occupied five of the six rooms and are super happy!The large house has a cozy charm and is within walking distance of the small town. The rooms are well-equipped, modern, clean and comfortable. Some of the showers are directly in the rooms, but that wasn't a disadvantage. The toilet was separated by a door. Two rooms shared a bathroom, which wasn't a problem at all because the bathroom was huge and even had a great corner bathtub.In the afternoon there was the opportunity to sit in the garden.The service was excellent and the ladies were super friendly.You have a large selection of drinks all day long that you can help yourself to (by writing them down).The breakfast was perfect, we didn't miss anything and there was a lot of love in the details.Thank you for the great time we were able to spend with you!

I've never felt so ripped off in my life. All negative reviews on Booking and Google are true. This accommodation cannot be described as a hotel. In the city center of Münster we could actually have gotten a cheaper room with much better comfort. You can't give it one star.

A warm welcome by the host, a fantastic breakfast and very comfortable and clean rooms. All with a nice and personal take. We really liked our stay and would highly recommend it to others looking for a nice and friendly stay. We also got very good rekommendations for nearby restaurant

No parking space available! Only on the street.100€ for a room where the toilet and shower are in the hallway is just too expensive in my opinion. Price performance just doesn't fit in my opinion.

First the positive things:The lady in service was very friendly. Overall, the house - and especially the garden - is very nice, but unfortunately in my opinion - not suitable for a hotel.What was noticed negatively:- The rooms are very, very noisy. This is due, among other things, to the creaking floor and doors that don't close completely. If I hear my roommate using spray deodorant, the walls probably aren't the thickest either. The result was that I was awake with the neighbors at 6:30 in the morning and woke up several times during the night.- The bed in the blue room was too soft for me, that could be a personal feeling, but I had the impression that the mattress was a bit older.- Bathroom (which was shared in the hallway, which was ok since we shared it as a family) is very large, unfortunately the toilet brush wasn't a nice sight at all, the water in the shower didn't drain properly.- Bicycles: we went to a party nearby in the evening, which left us with a completely wet bottom with the bikes because the saddles were soaked with water. We got a 5 euro discount for this - it would have been nice to be informed about the cost of renting a bike when we rented it.- Breakfast: selection ok. One type of ham was spoiled; after being informed, it was removed from the buffet. Napkins in the bread baskets were obviously not replaced as they had stains and crumbs on them.Overall, not recommended for us, a lot of things are getting old, from the carpet to the cups. Price-performance is not right.

Unfortunately I don't even know where to start. Cleanliness immediately poor. Our bed was against the wall, which isn't really a bad thing, but there were indefinable stains on the wall/headboard that disgusted us. You would have seen it clearly by the time you made bed. There was also old dirt in the bathroom, which is why we didn't shower there anymore. The rented bikes were so difficult to pedal that we arrived in Münster soaked in sweat, and we are well trained, and I also got grease on my new pants on the saddle. The problem was not addressed either. The highly praised breakfast for €20 is not justified. I've experienced better things for less money! When we paid we didn't ask how we liked it and that's why I raised the points. They didn't charge for the bikes, but I can throw away the pants and that makes me even more angry because you're insured for things like that. The house is no longer an option for us!

Very nice hosts! Goes in a very individual direction, with attention to detail. A guesthouse with free access to drinks such as water, soft drinks, wine, beer, various spirits and upscale snacks around the clock. Breakfast is arranged as a buffet in the kitchen; egg dishes can be freshly prepared upon request. My room had its own bathroom, which can be reached via the general hallway...- so always put something on if you want to go to the toilet at night...;-) Definitely not to be compared with a normal hotel, which offers anonymity, but who can If you're looking for a personal one with a certain exclusivity, you've come to the right place!

Small, narrow and uncomfortable! What a “crazy idea” to want to turn a single-family house into a hotel?! The trouble starts when you arrive. The promised parking space, supposedly sufficient even for a larger vehicle, turns out to be just a simple entrance, which can be described as completely occupied with just two cars. Parking spaces on the street in front of the house are also rare. Signed notice on the garden fence with the request not to park on this side, because in front of the entrance of the neighbor on the opposite side of the street, combined with a questionable no-parking sign, which I would like to know whether the responsible road traffic office is officially aware of its existence has!What must have been a living-dining room on the ground floor that merged into one another via two sliding doors was divided into two hotel rooms. The cardboard walls used for this purpose are, like the hotel towels, only wafer-thin! The “across-room acoustics” are accordingly. The adjoining room does not have its own bathroom/toilet, so the guests staying there have to use a shared one in the hallway, which in turn adjoins the neighboring room, also only separated by a thin wall. The obligatory background noise, especially at night, is included! The so-called “Red Room”, and this is supposed to be one of the better rooms, is simply too small for the furniture that can be accommodated! The shower cubicle, which in my case was unfortunately not cleaned very thoroughly, is therefore hardly larger than the doormat that has to be placed in front of it! A sink squeezed in next to it, which can best be described as one the size of a guest toilet, is also an expression of the unsuitable architecture, which must have forced the decision to install the television at the top left of the HEADEND of the bed. It's quite interesting! -On the other hand, one of the most spacious parts of the house seems to be the office/reception, which once again clearly underlines the spatial inadequacy of the accommodation for the guest, at the latest when paying his bill. By the way, the payment was made here without a word. Any questions about the guest's personal well-being or the quality of the stay were best not asked at all, probably as a precaution. Luckily it was only 1 night. Against this background, it is probably unnecessary to go into more detail about what I consider to be an unsuitable price-performance ratio (without breakfast).

Even though I am the husband of Lili, the owner, I would like to write something here to clarify things.The reviews from guests complaining about two shared bathrooms are old. For some time now, four of the six rooms have had their own bathrooms with showers and toilets. Only the two cheapest, small double rooms share a 25sqm luxurious bathroom with a corner bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet and two large sinks. Each room has bathrobes and slippers, so that, in combination with the other amenities, your stay can only be comfortable.Families often book the two small rooms together, so using the shared bathroom is not a problem. For guests who would like their own bathroom, there are the other rooms with integrated private bathrooms.I hope I was able to help a little with this information.

Unfortunately not a good experience. Floor very loud. Bed sagging and pipe burst in the bathroom. Price-performance wasn't right at all... Unfortunately, our problems weren't addressed when we asked.
