The only positive surprise was the location. Otherwise my stay was disappointing. The double room we booked was far too small for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was tiny and partly unclean. Mold on the shower stall is simply unacceptable. The empty shower gel and the lack of possibility to dry large towels rounded off the negative picture. The breakfast was okay, but that doesn't save a stay with so many shortcomings. Overpriced for what is offered.

We came over spontaneously and got a room. The hotel is small but nice. We liked the room, it was quiet, comfortable and well equipped! Breakfast was included with a selection. We are completely satisfied!!

Super bad hotel! The hotel has more bugs than guests!Be careful: cockroaches and bugs in the accommodation - simply disgusting! We also got a room in the basement! Pictures differ from reality! Simply too expensive and unhygienic! We could have slept under the bridge - and for free too! The house army was also too curious, so we became unsure! So stay away!

The hotel is very centrally located, we booked for 3 people via Booking.com and only the color of the towels are like the pictures. We spent the night with bugs in the bathroom and bedroom. The room was in the basement and was very stuffy!!! This was not noted as such when booking.Breakfast was included in the price but the staff (owner) were so unkempt that we lost our appetite, so we didn't even enter the dining area. Under these conditions, the price-performance ratio is not right at all. Since we paid directly when booking, we only stayed one night!!!

Definitely not recommended.The rooms are unreasonably small for the price, mold over the shower, converted cellar compartment as a room. Owner unfriendly and intrusive.Necessary documents such as receipts or invoices are issued under false names and never contain items that actually exist.After countless calls and emails, I'm still waiting for the correct invoice for my stay there.If you just want to sleep there, you can do that. Not recommended if you stay longer in the hotel or want to have a good breakfast.

Double room for 1 night.Unfortunately, many hotels were fully booked and we were tired from the long journey.For 148 € = room dingy, just like the "operator", bulky waste in the hallways, bed linen to change, baaaaaah.Lovely breakfast from Lidl, coffee cold.Cash paid, no personal details recorded, no invoice because printer and EC failed, grin?!We don't anymore.

Not recommended. Completely overpriced, dingy, musty and rude staff. Breakfast only until 9:00 a.m. (laughs) Parking 20 minutes on foot. Furnishings outdated, rooms very small. Some of the rooms are in converted basement compartments.

The hotel does not correspond at all to the pictures on the website.Our room was okay, the bathroom was a disaster, the size of a guest toilet. It was almost impossible to get the shower faucet to work.The water came out either too hot or cold.Breakfast was already empty at 8 a.m.No rolls (but they were provided next door from Netto).No more eggs (they were only cooked upon request). The butter was put down in one large piece. Where everyone was poking around. Sausage, cream cheese, cheese, yoghurt, all from the cheapest.The breakfast garden was inaccessible, there were things lying around everywhere and it was very dirty.The innkeeper was loud, very rude at times.The room was simply too expensive for the price.You were welcomed like you were at a fair, only today you get the room for a great price of €165 instead of €215.I can only recommend everyone not to go there.

Price-performance is not right here. The images online differ greatly from reality; you can no longer just talk about example images."Hotel" has more of the character of a youth hostel, far too steep for the price that is sometimes charged.

The hotel is definitely inexpensive compared to the other hotels on the island of Lindau. We were happy about the air conditioning available. Breakfast was great, we got everything you needed, good quality, plenty of choice and of course it tasted good too. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed there with our family for a few days and felt very comfortable. Very nice staff there was nothing to complain about. The location is premium. Overall impression for us as a family: excellent!

In one word, a terrible hotel, well, I wouldn't call it that.On arrival a very unfriendly lady with a reception just in front of the stairs to the basement where our room (loft) was also located.There are things everywhere and it is too dirty for words. The owner is a very unfriendly man with a very loud voice.Now our room in the basement is too scandalous for words, old and dirty and in the bathroom I was shocked to see a cockroach, unfortunately I didn't take a photo of it.Our view is a courtyard where people were smoking and full of things. See picture!!!We were finally sleeping when the dryer was turned on in the laundry room I was sleeping against, who turns on a dryer after midnight?The price we paid €230 for three people for 1 night is way too much, it is not even worth €50.And the breakfast was a lot in buffet form but the sandwiches were not tasty, dried cheese etc etc.The only thing that made it good was Lindau itself!!The photos on booking and your own website do not match what you getAnd the last thing this hotel should NOT get a single star!!!!!
