The room was big and really very clean. the bathroom was very clean. the heating system was working perfectly. the location is perfect too, just walking distance to the center station. a lot of shops and markets around the area. very friendly staff. i wonder why the rating here is very low !! i believe those were old rating or unfair ratings.

I don’t even understand why is this called an hotel? Is like a bunch of rooms spread in like three different buildings, everything neglected, dirty and messy, also, you pay in booking but they make you pay again in cash, so you’ll end up begging them (or booking) to refund your money. Imposible to access with a stroller, since there’s construction materials in the middle of the way to the lift.

Perfectly fine, clean enough, front desk was friendly. Don’t know why all the 1-star reviews, unless a concerted effort to kill the place. It’s a relatively cheap hotel very close to the city center - you get what you pay for. Don’t believe the hype!

Writing this at 3:30 AM, as I can not sleep due to people in the upstairs room having a party/screaming contest. They dont sound like they were guests at the hotel. It was more like an apartment situation on the top floor.... I have never had such a terrible hotel. There is NO ONE to contact for this problem. AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! I am asking for my money back tomorrow. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! ALL BAD REVIEWS ARE ABSOLUTELY TRUE!!! THE ONES THAT ARE GOOD HAVE SIMPLY BEEN LUCKY!!!Update: we were promised a refund, never received one. I did not sleep at all that night. You could not pay me to stay in this hotel ever again.

We haven't been told that hotel was under complete refurbishment. The workers were under our windows as from early in the morning. The room was dusty and hot. …

We spent one night due to the delay of our bus. The hotel is made up of 2 buildings. In the first there is the reception and the breakfast room, in the other the rooms. The breakfast room is underground. No windows just light. …

Before I give my family's and my own experience with this hotel, I would like to address some of the other harmful comments made by other interviewers.  …

We've booked this hotel for a one night stay and only started reading the reviews after we made the booking. The other reviews filled us with dread but we were unable to cancel the booking so we stocked up on antibacterial wipes and braced ourselves for the ordeal. We booked 3 single rooms on the ground floor of the annex building (it's around the corner from the reception). After imagining an absolute pigsty we were actually pleasantly surprised! The room was clean, it wasn't in a state of repair and the bedding was clean. I also had hot water! A much better start than anticipated! And given the location and price it was actually quite good. All is not well in paradise though. The impression one gets is that the hotel rooms were cobbled together with bits and pieces picked up and sourced from building renovation and landfill sites. Unfortunately the best German craftsmen were NOT employed in the construction of the hotel rooms - I've got a feeling that it was done by an uncle or cousin that's doing a bit of building renovation as a sideshow to their main occupation as faith healers, street musicians and bare knuckle fighters. There were no common fixture fittings between the hotel rooms, apart from our key chains. My bathroom had a huge basin without a plug. The toilet was not fixed level and using the commode whilst drunk was a challenge. Somebody dropped the box of tiles for the bathroom so an impromptu mosaic was done in the bathroom. Oh, and there was no towel in the bathroom. The walls are paper thin - I had a couple grunting and heaving next to me and since I could not sleep with them having a go, I decided to join in the grunting. They were initially taken aback at me grunting in time with them but after the initial awkward silence they resumed duties and we had us a grunting duet going.I did not try the breakfast as I had a weak constitution the morning we left. You normally get what you pay for and it is quite true about this hotel. I would however consider staying here again for one night only, but I don't think I'll bring my family here.

Absolutely horrible experience. The room is smelling before we check in. It’s 22:08 and the person at the reception is not ready to listen. I paid in full in cash and I am more than disappointed. Our guest is still waiting. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO COME HERE! I don’t see an option for 0 stars that’s why I had to give 1 because the comment doesn’t get posted otherwise.Really hope this helps someone!

We loved the apartment they gave us for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and it was a very modern bathroom. The continental breakfast was delicious and made the stay even better. Very close walking distance to the big Church and train station.
