Absolutely outstanding holiday home!The first impression when we drove to the farm was impressive.Huge property, beautiful buildings and endless nature around it.The house is equipped with everything you need every day and is very stylishly furnished.Really great and comfortable beds.Top internet connection.We just felt at homeThere is a small play tower for the kids in the garden and a playground opposite.The towns of Putbus, Binz and Sellin are within a few minutes' drive and you can take the dogs for a great walk to the harbor.In the fall we were lucky enough to be able to listen to the owls calling every evening.This was a highlight, especially for our children.Very friendly and accommodating landlords!Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!

We are very enthusiastic about the Vilmnitz country house, the holiday apartment is furnished in a tasteful country house style, very spacious and in great order. The location is pleasantly quiet, a beautiful, well-kept garden with a pretty seating area for each holiday apartment surrounds the country houses. We felt very comfortable and can really recommend it.

We have been to these holiday apartments twice now and each time our expectations were fully met. Exactly the right address for those seeking peace and quiet, tastefully and practically furnished - so you can endure it well. Not for internet fans, as there is neither a cable connection nor WiFi. There is beautiful nature right in front of the house and also in the garden with your own seat including a beach chair. Cyclists have a place to park their own bikes. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in the neighboring towns of Lauterbach and Putbus.We will definitely come back again...Update to the 5 year old first post:Said and done. In the summer of 2023 we were in the Vilmnitz country house for the third time and found it the same as before. A few signs of age were now visible, but that didn't detract from the recovery. The bathroom in particular should be given a makeover to make it contemporary again. The connection to the outside world is now modern, internet and cable TV are now available. During our stay, fiber optics were already being laid in front of the house. As an electric car driver or with a plug-in hybrid, you will also be happy about the two charging stations in front of the house.

The Vilmnitz country house is too remote in a small town with no shops, not even a bakery. The holiday homes are on a small hill on a larger property. Houses were built in the 1990s. The furniture is probably from this period too. The bathroom in our apartment needs to be renovated. Shower room was relatively small. Bathing beaches on the Baltic Sea in Binz, Sellin, etc. can only be reached by car or racing Roland. Relatively high parking fees if you can get a parking space. Cleanliness in the apartment as well as in other apartments was superficial. Gastronomy on Rügen is normal, nothing special.

We were guests here in August and were absolutely thrilled. The apartment was very tastefully decorated, the outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The houses are very quiet away from the main road, so you will be woken up by the birds in the morning.You can start cycling trips along the coast to Mönchgut right outside the front door. Binz is also not far away and there are good restaurants in Lauterbach. We would vacation here again at any time.
