For this ambience (room, breakfast) the prices for a double room are far too expensive. And if you also have to pay money for parking for 2 days, that's outrageous in my opinion

We only booked one night. When we got to the hotel everything was closed. We were informed via a recorded message on the phone number we left that the operators were treating themselves to a short vacation. Super! Not.Luckily we were able to get a room in the Burghotel Pass in Oeding.As an apology, an email came with "We are very sorry! It will never happen again!" No, it won't. We won't be booking there again, even though we were always quite satisfied before. We weren't even given a small compensation, e.g. B. a discount or free breakfast, offered on the next booking.No thanks. It's no longer an option for us.

A small, fine hotel. Very nice, friendly hosts. Beautiful, large, lovingly furnished apartment. The key handover went really well, even though the hosts weren't there. The breakfast was super delicious. In short, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Rooms are clean and renovated. Equipment according to category. But given the temperatures, there is no fan in the room, the location is right on the street, there is a restaurant with a beer garden opposite and, to make matters worse, there is a shooting festival. We fitters wanted to sleep, not party. Didn't leave until midnight. So problematic in summer, also with regard to traffic noise, certainly no problems in winter.

A bike tour through Münsterland. The accommodations were reserved. Among other things, also in the Landhaus Lindenbusch, Weseke, 2 rooms, 4 people. To be on the safe side, a booking confirmation was obtained again by telephone. When we arrived in Weseke after a successful 75 km long bike ride, we found ourselves in front of closed doors. A small piece of paper pointed to a phone number. After contacting us, the landlady informed us that she was out of the house and first had to clarify whether two rooms were still available, even though she had already promised us these by telephone on June 6th, 2022. After a phone call back and forth, we were told that we could be given keys for two free rooms, but that the breakfast we had booked was not possible. We then simply felt “cheated” and had to go to Borken despite the already long day trip. An “unsatisfactory” would still be flattering.

You can just hear everything in the rooms. The door to the stairwell replaces the alarm clock. What is the purpose of the industrial floor in the bathroom? Otherwise it's actually quite nice.

I would be happy to revise my presentation again.We made a cancellation request to the hotel one day before the planned trip due to Corona. At this point we would have had to pay 50% of the total price. Unfortunately, the hotel (intentionally) went unanswered until 100% of the price was due, so we are now stuck with the full cost instead of half. Unfortunately, the hotel is NOT GOOD, but insists on paying the full amount, despite requests from booking.com and us. This was definitely my last booking there.No recommendation!

Greed for money: Oh,Hospitality: Oh nooo...Inquiries are only responded to after more than 3 days and even though we made a cancellation request, our account was charged the full price.Since we were sick with Corona, we sent a free cancellation request to the hotel via Booking. This request was only responded to after the planned visit, and even after requests and pressure from Booking, the hotel did not agree to refund part or all of the amount.At the time we made the cancellation request, we should have paid half the price (according to Booking.com cancellation rules). However, the hotel let the cancellation period pass and only responded when the full price was due.There are lousy tricks being played here. Hospitality and goodwill are far from it. I absolutely cannot recommend this experience and this hotel/management and hope to be able to protect other people through this channel.Edit:" ... However, we had to wait for this and so, as you correctly wrote, we only responded later, without any pressure. ... " - You simply didn't respond to us at all (on the day of the cancellation request and the additional email). and you gave us this information on Monday (3 days later), when we were no longer able to cancel 50%. So you deliberately kept us waiting and deprived us of the chance to cancel for 50% of the cost. You made the offer with the 50% after we evaluated you, i.e. after you gave us 0. From our perspective, offering something like that after the fact and using it as ammunition for justification is below the belt."...Furthermore, it is questionable how one can leave a review on Booking.com about cleanliness, location, amenities, comfort, value for money if one has not experienced the hotel firsthand. ..." We have these things not rated. At Booking, no star means no rating. It will only be rated if you give at least one star.

We stayed at the Hotel Lindenbusch 3 times and have to say Ms. Müller is very friendly and the room is very clean, the breakfast was also sufficient, we felt in good hands and would happily recommend the Lindenbusch, because Weseke, Borken and the surrounding area are very beautiful , very ideal for cycling
