Double booked same room with another person, I was homeless middle of the night, hotel manager refused to take call or reply to email or text. I had the key to the room, opened and got it while the woman was asleep, it was bad for me but shocking for her, anyone would feel insecure if a stranger can get in the hotel room middle of the night.

Absolutely avoid this hotel at all costs.Booked this hotel, they had a self-check-in thing so I collected some keys from a lock box. They didn't fit the room that was assigned. I have no idea what they were for but they didn't work. Spent 2 hours trying to contact them to no avail. Booking.com couldn't even reach them. Message them via their provided phone number, text message, the message interface through booking.com etc. No reply at all from them.Hours wasted and had to book another hotel in the end.

Handing over the room keys was a bit slow, but after asking several times via email it finally worked and an employee on site helped us with a second booked room. The rooms are clean. The location right near the Goetheplatz subway is very good.

Contrary to what had been agreed with the hotel, the key was not left in the safe on the same day, none of the people (emergency contacts, etc.) were unavailable within an hour (I don't even want to imagine a more serious emergency), so checking in was not possible and we had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night. which leads to the questions: was this malice? a testament to catastrophic organization? expression of dislike for one's own work? the will to have to stop operating the hotel? or just inability?The hotel, which we would strongly advise against, only said days later when asked that “it looks like there was a combination of mistakes and coincidences,” which should underpin this review. Since many other reviews already describe this, you should have known better. We hope that from now on no one will make the mistake of booking this hotel again.

Rooms tiny, clean, spartan, noisy.Due to the location on Goetheplatz, it is within walking distanceto the LMU clinic, a stone's throw to the subway. But very loud.Key collection via code is problem-free, as the reception is no longer manned after 2 p.m.Price/performance ratio is not right, room is completely overpriced.

Location is ok. Right on the subway. Key handover worked well. Rooms very clean and well maintained. It's a bit noisy at night and you can hear the elevator going up and down. Maybe not so pleasant for light sleepers. It's a shame that we didn't meet anyone from the hotel. It was almost like an Air BnB

This hotel is not recommended.They don't care about their customers, they don't let them have the key. They don't answer the phones. They don't care in the slightest about what happens to those they are supposed to serve as customers and not enemies.

After departure, the amount was collected from the accommodation and the order confirmation was then canceled, so that there is no need to pay out my cashback. I think it's a shame to rip people off like that, I didn't book the accommodation based on the offer and I would never do it again because there are no contacts and a different, smaller accommodation was reserved than the one I actually booked have! Never again !!!!!!

Unfortunately, nothing came of the promised late check-in. No way to get into the room. Several numbers provided could not be reached. No money received back. We had to drive back home in the middle of the night. Strongly discouraged.

Clean rooms in a top location. Check-in is completely digital and contactless. A bit confusing at the beginning, but actually a great option as you can only check in very late in the evening!The room was quite new and spartan but very clean and sufficient for one night!I can definitely recommend the hotel.As far as I know, breakfast is not offered. If necessary, the reception is only staffed until 2 p.m.

Promised again a check in by 11 p.m. or a code. Nothing was complied with. No one even answered the emergency number. What use is a hotel that I pay for!!! and then I can't use it. Cancellation afterwards is pure harassment.If someone is looking for a room flexibly and at short notice, they can't rely on it here. Too bad.
