The most lovely boutique hotel with gracious staff who went out of their way to make my stay special. The room was chic with cool artsy decor and old world charm that looked out on a lovely courtyard.  …

Very unfriendly staffThe most heartless attitude to someone else's grief, where when you report the death of a loved one, they reply that they don't believe in it!

The worse customer service I ever experienced! When politely asking for a possibility (!) of a cancellation due to a personal reason, I wasn’t as expected, politely refused (still was hoping for a more humane understanding, but anyway, it was just a try), but I was immediately accused of fraud, some conspiracy theory (including something that had to do with AI, at which point I stopped really listening) and the tone of the lady at the hotels end changed to angry and offensive at the least.Oh, and my favourite part, she said, and I quote “you come here to my country, and tell me what to do. Go where you came from”… What?? I’m a tourist at your hotel ??!Absolutely don’t recommend.P.S. the above conversation was with some manager lady, the guy at the front desk was super nice!

Small, nice hotel in the Glockenbachviertel. Lots of restaurants and lovely shops in the immediate area. Just a few steps into the old town and an absolutely warm welcome from the boss herself. Gladly again!

Charming hotel near Gärtnerplatz and a 10-minute walk to the Viktualienmarkt. The reception and breakfast service were very accommodating. The small room with lots of light points and the bathroom very clean. Looking back, everything was very pleasant. Adventurous garage entrance.

For me the best place to go in Munich, the hotel is very old, but that's exactly what makes it so charming. The staff and the woman at the reception are so friendly. I'm always in Munich for seminars and I'm there very early. They always make sure I can go to the room. When I'm in Munich, this is the best place for me to stay overnight😃
