We spent 3 wonderful days at the acor Boutique Hotel with family and friends on the occasion of a birthday. There were no wishes left unfulfilled. A great accommodating team. The breakfast was perfect, whether scrambled eggs or juices, coffee or latte macchiato, everything was available. The rooms are very lovingly furnished, the bathroom is new with a walk-in shower. Everything just fell into place. The location was very good as the old town could be reached in a few minutes. We will definitely come back again and we already know where we will book.

We were in Heidelberg with a larger group and were lucky enough to have booked the acor Boutique Hotel in Heidelberg, which is located right next to the old town and close to Heidelberg Castle. The hotel team was helpful beyond the usual level, very accommodating and nice. All wishes were fulfilled and overall the contact with the team was great. The room was modernly furnished - the bathroom is very new and has a large shower. The old town can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. The breakfast was also very good - everything from orange juice to scrambled eggs, local specialties and muesli was available. All in all, we can highly recommend the hotel because, in addition to the furnishings, the location and, above all, the great service team, it also has a very good price-performance ratio. We would book there again and again.

Very loud at night due to busy street.Windows are at least 25 years old, so no sound insulation.Without blinds, a lantern in front of the window and the hotel lighting.Room 24 is therefore not recommended.

Service is poorly organized. Cleaning was sometimes not carried out and fresh towels were not put in the room. The cleaning staff were sometimes not aware of the occupancy times. There is still a lot of room for improvement.

The rooms are beautiful and look clean, but I deducted one point for the lack of air conditioning.

Stayed for one night in a lovely room on the second floor (#37), we asked for a quiet one and got it. Beds, bathroom and other facilities were very good and everything was clean and fresh. The highlight for us was the fact that there were windows on both sides, facing the hills and the city; Because the room is located so high up, we didn't notice any street noise etc. at all. However, we also had problems when we arrived: We wanted to ask if we could arrive a little earlier and tried our luck first by email, to which no one ever responded. We then called the front desk, which should have been manned, but only reached an order service for many hotels who couldn't help us. At some point, shortly before arrival, we received a brief email informing us that our key was in the key safe at the entrance. If you don't have a smartphone or don't check your emails on it, you're out of luck here. There was also a second card for another room in our compartment. We gave them to the multi-worker who was fortunately present and who is apparently responsible for the cleaning service and also breakfast the next morning - a very nice and hard-working person. The breakfast was actually quite manageable and, to be honest, not worth the approximately 17 euros that were charged for it.

No, just no!You should start with something positive: the room was clean and the shower had warm water. Unfortunately that's it...We booked the room online for a business trip. The hotel advertises parking spaces. On site you notice that the “backyard” has 2 parking spaces and further along the street there are 3 spaces. The hotel has around 20 rooms and therefore 5 parking spaces. The street only allows residents to park. The only alternative is a nearby parking garage.I myself stood in front of the locked hotel for over 30 minutes and made my fingers sore on the phone. Someone came up with the great idea of saving the reception at a hotel and doing everything digitally. However, there was no information about picking up the key card, nor did anyone answer any of the phones during my first 18 calls. When I finally reached someone I was able to get my key card. From then on I was given incorrect information because I was assumed to be staying at another hotel.Breakfast is only possible after registering at the number mentioned (good luck) and is only available from 8 a.m. Unsuitable late for business travelers. There was a refrigerator in the room, which could light but not "cold". The two mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable and the duvets were too short.I had a room at the back and the noise level was okay. Most of the rooms are at the front, please note other reviews. The hotel is located on a busy and busy street. There was loud shouting in the hallway all evening. I don't know whether these were other guests or strangers. Since there is no reception and no hotel employees on site, this could not be solved.I'm just disappointed with my stay.
