I cannot comment on my stay because due to COVID 19 the hotel is closed. Since the hotel does not offer the service, they have not refunded the €552.64 that the reservation involved. Also, no one answers from the hotel's email and they don't answer the phone either. Only one person answers by email who pretends to be the manager and who, after demanding a refund, says that he does not have access to the reservations because he is in Colombia and has not responded further. Do not trust this hotel at all, it is obvious that whoever manages it does not assume responsibilities and the feeling it gives is that they have escaped.
