We came for the marathon, the hotel is clean, spacious, the staff is helpful, we asked him to reheat our meals for the day before the marathon, which he accepted. Be careful though, we ordered wine at the intermediate price, which he didn't have and served us the cheapest wine without refunding us the difference. Checking in yourself on a tablet is great, especially when we don't speak Dutch. The metro is right next to the hotel. Hotel parking outside, uncovered, at €27.50 per day

Without a doubt, it is an excellent option for a stay in Amsterdam, mainly due to the infrastructure and service of the staff, special thanks to Victória, a Brazilian who helped us a lot with the laundry (including another positive point, as it is free of charge). I only got 1 star because the shower is unstable, it decreases and increases the temperature without warning, I have the impression that this is on purpose, so as not to take too long in the shower. And also through the intercom, which doesn't work. Another positive point about the app, we booked the washing and drying of laundry clothes through it, very good and practical. I absolutely recommend it. Last observation: it's far from the center, but worth it anyway.

Very young audience, international team. English is not a hurdle here!Foosball table, billiards as well as table tennis table and photo box in the lobby, as well as plenty of alternative options for chilling out or working!The room was well equipped with capsule coffee machine, kettle, tea and water.Helpful staff all around, gladly again!

We absolutely loved this hotel. All the employees are super friendly and the service is great. Our double room 1419 was spacious and clean. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the tiny sink. The location right next to the metro stop was perfect. The breakfast was great 👍 everything was great. Thank you

The structure is very comfortable and welcoming, with a youthful and green environment.When we arrived in Amsterdam we suddenly found ourselves without a place to sleep, thanks to them we were able to book a room on the spot and enjoy our stay in this wonderful city.The rooms are small but comfortable, they have everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and even hand and body cream. The towels were changed every day and we always found the room with the bed made, clean and fragrant.The guys who work there were very kind and super helpful. If I were to return to Amsterdam I would definitely stay here again.

I live here but service very bad. We collect the bottles for selling by ourselves but when the cleaner comes to clean, she grab all. We asked reception, and she said may be the cleaner think it’s trash. But if in the trash we will put it in the bin, not separate in the good bag right? The cleaner here can’t control their greedy. We pay the rent around 3000 euros per month but service like hotel 0.2 star and the reception agree with the cleaner, not try to talk to change their behavior and attitude.Update*** last Thursday on 3rd October, the cleaner came and grabbed our 2 bikes battery. The price is more than 1,200 euros. Let’s see what is the solution for this hotel. If they not fix the problem for us, we will consult with the lawyer. (As the photos, we put our stuffs in the red tray like this, it’s not trash but the black bin is the trash that hotel prepare for us- I think everyone know about this by your common sense and why the cleaner grab our stuff? Are you cleaner? Or robber? I will delete this if the hotel bring our stuffs back or fix the problem for us.*******Please be careful with your stuffs in your room.

A very middle of the road hotel. It is cheap for sure, but the rooms are more like student dorms, there’s mold in the showers. It’s basically just a place to sleep in and then get on with your day.

Clean room with full bathroom and kitchenette (fully equipped). Very comfortable large bed that is a wonderful place to sleep. Breakfast is very tasty and there is something for everyone, bread, eggs, sausages, yogurt, muesli, fruit... In the lobby there is table football, table tennis, a large TV and more. There are washing machines and dryers in the basement, and there is also a fitness room and a library. Employees are all very friendly. We were satisfied.

The hotel is right next to the metro station which is a perfect location. Breakfast is OK. Rooms are clean but definitely aren't anything special. It has a strong student vibe as there are dorms right next toy the hotel and a lot of student come to the meeter areas in the hotel.

For me it was a 10! The place is very nice, it has a cowork downstairs with free facilities to use (plug, armchairs, bathroom, etc.) even if you arrive before check-in time. The breakfast is excellent and the hours are quite extended (7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.), I recommend booking accommodation with breakfast included. My room was on the 8th floor and it was absolutely silent. Includes laundry and gym at no additional charge. Although it is not so close to the center, it is next to the Wibautstraat metro station that takes you in 15 minutes.

First of all, I chose this place to stay in Amsterdam and the rooms are really clean, the double room is quite big, and the friendly staff are always attentive. It is a very good situation. It has whatever you are looking for.
