The room was one of five containers in the hotel's backyard. Especially since the room never appeared as a container when booking.The bathroom smelled a bit like mold when we went inRooms are. Sink was so small and inconvenient, not enough to wash your hands.

The triple rooms are super small, there is no space between the beds to walk, you have to practically step over the beds to be able to move.The beds are all single and very small. The small balcony it has was full of marijuana joint butts. And the biggest surprise was at reception when checking in that despite everything having been paid in advance, they presented us with an invoice that we would have to pay for two days of stay and a room of €84 tourist tax.It should also be noted that there is only one vending machine on the ground floor with four drinks and some sweets, without coffee or infusions.In the room there is only a teapot with three glasses without anything complimentary, such as a packet of coffee, water or infusions.

Good location, clean, rooms with minimal space, tiny bathroom. No details such as coffee, infusion or water. They charged us very high tourist taxes. To spend a couple of nights, not bad. The attention at reception is very good.

Super friendly staff, great location, great price. Small simple rooms, just the basics of what you need. If youre here to see the city all day, this works perfect. Had a 3rd floor room over looking the park with a small balcony. Adored this spot.

Honestly, the worst hotel ever, I have been traveling around for the past 10 years and I have been in a lot of hotels, this is the worst. No resturant, no help when needed, no once cares if you like the stay or not, and finally no laundry services. Also the people who works here treats you like if they are your boss and it looks like they are not happy for you staying at the hotel. I hate the experience here

As many describe, hotel very well located near Vondelparc, tram and bus (overall convenient for trips to the airport)Direct access to museums and the city center. Supermarket nearby.However... the hotel itself could do with some freshening up. These are certainly former professional premises, and the architecture of the rooms can be perplexing.However, the essentials are present as well as a certain comfort if you are not very careful.

What can I say, excellent location, no question about it. Small old rooms with absolutely no maintenance. Bathroom of 1 m2 perhaps 1.5.Non-existent cleaning. Hair in the clean towels.The only plus points are location and friendly reception.

I’m giving 1 star for the room because it was very dusty everywhere as me and my gf we both got red eyes and throat hurting because of it, the window wouldn’t close properly, the tv was very old and it’s remote control was very dirty and the bed was broken in one side. The location was okay not far from Tram station. Thank u

This hotel is too expensive, I booked via edreams (having prime) all good until you arrive and they give you the tourist tax of 100 extra euros(this was never mentioned in edreams), dont book anything on that website and dont go to this hotel, if you have any complains they will not care because you booked via somewhere else. this is a horrible experience, save your money to travel locally and avoid these disgusting tourist traps

Very hot in the room and without air conditioning, the bathroom very very small and the hotel is quite old. You had two fans with a lot of dust.In addition to this, it was not cheap either.However, it was well located.

There can't be such an unpleasant hotel, there is a possibility that you can choose this hotel, if so it is also very possible that you will ruin your vacation. Dirty, unworthy, at the reception there is a man with a very unpleasant black beard, it coincides with the hotel. The place is really uninhabitable.

The location of this hotel is great and the staff were always friendly but the rooms themselves are not great. Note that they do not have AC so during summer it was quite hot staying here.

During the summer vacation, as a couple, we had a room on the top floor. (Note that no air conditioning if it is very hot).We found a dirty room when we arrived. The carpet on the floor, as in almost the entire hotel, does not seem to have been washed or changed in a long time (probably since their 3-star accreditation which ends in 2025). Unemptied trash cans and tissues around and under the bed. One wonders if the cleaning had really been done, or reduced to a simple change of sheets.However, the hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, the center within walking distance and trams if necessary. Amsterdam's largest park is right next door, great! (To smoke a local specialty 🍁, or fill your bottle at the water point at the entrance, because the sinks are too small for that.)The staff remains friendly and makes themselves available (in particular to give us towels that had not been given after daily cleaning).We would choose something else if we had to come back to Amsterdam, for the same price or a few € more, there must be better.
