We have stayed at this Hotel twice now. We stayed about a month ago and in 2019. This Hotel is perfect for it's price and location. You are not getting a fancy Hotel at this rate. You are getting a nice room, nice bed, and Great Service. No breakfast but Mama Pancakes is just down the street. You can walk from here to many attractions, and public transportation is across the street. The people manning the front desk are so helpful and friendly! Enjoy!

Room looks more like a chicken coop.Very humid room, we had to go to reception to activate the air conditioning.He blocks the air conditioning from below and deactivates it without the customer's consentThe toilet walls were dirty with hair.Smell of cigarettes in the toilets, despite the fact that the hotel is “non-smoking”Expensive price for what it is, but Amsterdam is too expensive for accommodation compared to countries with a higher cost of living.

This place is such a terrible hotel. The state of it was one thing but the staff rudeness was another. Especially by the tall Eastern European man with glasses. And the Egyptian one too. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.Only good thing was the location and maybe the air on however everything else was a nightmare and I really had to save my sleep for my return back to the uk!

-My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel in Amsterdam last Friday, and our experience was extremely disappointing. We encountered bed bugs during our stay, which led to an infection. This was a serious health concern that caused us significant distress, including a fever.We also encountered issues with the bikes we rented through the hotel. After returning them to our house, we had to use the metro, which led to further inconvenience and loss of money. Despite bringing these issues to the hotel's attention, the staff showed no concern and did nothing to address our complaints.Given our experience, I strongly urge Booking.com to reconsider offering reservations for this hotel. I would not recommend anyone stay here until these issues are resolved."

*TRIGGER WARNING: Contains videos of bugs for the queasy* My sister and I had the misfortunes of staying at Cordial Hotel in Amsterdam. What started off as a lovely sister-bonding trip turned into a nightmare because of this hotel. Upon arrival, we paid to upgrade our room for a better staying experience. We arrived in the room to find that the upgraded room was heavily infested with bed bugs (videos attached). We reported this and they shrugged their shoulders and said they were fully booked and that there was nothing they could do. They actually expected us to sleep in bug infested sheets! We had to ask to downgrade our room to avoid staying in the bed bug room. Also, we requested a full refund to no avail, claiming the best they could do is refund our upgrade. That’s it. Not the entire stay, in which they should be responsible for keeping their rooms clean to ensure this doesn’t happen AT ALL. They did not hold up their end of this transaction, thus it is only fair to fully compensate the customer for the hotel’s mistakes. That is part of the business of hospitality, is it not?Well, to add more insult to injury, this infestation was so bad we found bug bites on our bodies still AND we had throw away our luggage on our return from our trip. We fear that we’ve brought these pests home, which adds an unforeseen financial burden on us, with yet again, no substantial compensation.To be in hospitality is clearly a joke to this hotel. If they are going to offer lodgings to people, it is THEIR primary responsibility to ensure that every room is…well, hospitable. That is clearly not the case for this poor excuse of a hotel. No one should patron here. And given the poor quality of attention they give to customer concerns, they do not appear interested in rectifying other issues either. They would do everyone a service by shutting down. I will also be reporting to the Netherlands Board of Tourism and Convention for their lack of professionalism.

The room is disgustingly dirty, the mattress is very old, the sink is too small, the towels are old and torn, I realized that they were only dry, that is to say that they change the room without washing and that is how several people use them because they also They smell like dirt. There's no way I'm ever going back to that hotel.

First of all, I want to write down one and only truth about the hotel, and that is the location, which is 10/10.We booked a hotel through Booking, unfortunately it says that it has parking, when we got there they asked for 50 e for 1 day, in my opinion the owner should write that people know that parking is paid and how much it is, I was in the basement in room, in my opinion the room is just right for 1 person, the bed is small, there is only one outlet in the room, the sink is very small, the only thing I will give is a 5 for the shower cabin, everything else is a 1, the air conditioner hangs overhead, it hums a lot, as I wrote at the beginning apart from the location, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel..

Hotel was nothing to what the pictures showed. Rooms are so run down. You can hardly move in the bathroom. The sink and toilet are practically on top of each other and one side of the shower door doesn’t open due to the sink being so close.The TV hard 2 channels that worked and neither were in English. The linen was disgusting as well as the shower towels. Bed sheets were not changed daily the beds were just made. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially for the price.

Best location. Hardly available more centrally. Sweetest staff. Could do with upgrading towels, soap and other small items. It takes so little ;) Value for money.
