We needed a quick break and had to find something at very short notice. The contact was more than friendly and helpful, making the booking uncomplicated and completed immediately. We had a room in the Wittehuus with a view of the sea from the bed ♥ Unobstructed!!! ♥The wellness department was also able to provide us with appointments at short notice so that we could actually switch off and gather strength. The room was well maintained. Service perfect. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!If it works, we would be happy to come back.Kind regards from the WesterwaldThomas & Carina

A big disappointment. I booked a single room, a few days later I was informed by email that I had to move to another room after the first night, which I accepted/had to accept, but I didn't know that it was the size of a broom closet. In both rooms the water from the pipes (toilet, shower, sink) was beige-brown, which suggests rusty pipes. I was able to shower in the bathtub, getting started was sporty.Window facing the inner courtyard, open it was too loud, something was constantly being moved around. There was also no air conditioning. The move was decided, but there wasn't even a cookie, let alone a voucher for a coffee.I often stay in hotels and this hotel was by far the worst value for money. Conclusion: Not recommended. The only plus point: friendly staff.

The holiday apartment does not meet the premium price requirement (€300 per night) in many respects:The apartments were superficially renovated some time ago to make them visually appealing. However, there is practically no sound insulation from the other apartments and most of them are of extremely basic quality. The renovation also seems to have taken place a long time ago, as the walls urgently need painting, the shower has traces of mold, the seating is worn out and the wooden floor urgently needs to be refinished. Even the nice gesture of providing some children's toys in the apartment is not convincing because it is incomplete and therefore unusable. The kitchen equipment is also reduced to the absolute minimum. The dishes are counted exactly to the number of residents.Unfortunately, the service does not make up for these shortcomings. Not only do wool mice live under the sofa, but you can also find objects and food leftovers from the previous tenants.Overall, a price of around €150 per night would be more appropriate. The requested €300 is cheeky for the service.

Top location and beautiful view. Room for€ 530.00/night unfortunately only 0815, not even a Nespresso/coffee machine… Reception very unfriendly, no hello, no hello... nothing. The bartender from Argentina was the friendliest.

Great stock, worth every cent. There is no better corner to experience the sunrise, sunset, etc. Pure relaxation and everything fits. AND the best thing of all: MY FOUR-LEGGED IS WELCOME!!!

The hotel thrives on its view of the sea, which comes at a high price. But unfortunately a lot leaves a lot to be desired. The cleanliness in the suite and bathroom is in need of improvement. …

Very nice hotel in a great location right by the sea. Unfortunately the service was extremely poor. Coffee for breakfast after ordering three times then after 45 minutes. …

Very disappointing. There aren't enough seats available in the breakfast room and you have to book times - not everyone was free when you arrived. …
