Rooms good and functional. There is no reception, service or anything like that, it's all in the hotel diagonally opposite. Likewise the breakfast in the off-season, which was good, apart from the cheap baked rolls!There are several bars in the surrounding area, and if you open the windows you can hear the drunken guests on the street until 5 a.m.I would recommend the room for bowling clubs and regulars' tables, but not for families and those seeking peace and quiet.

I was there with a friend. We liked it very much. The room was sufficient for us, the room service was good and friendly. The location of the guest house was ideal. After a few minutes walk you were in the center and also on the beach.My personal great experience: I forgot something at the hotel when I left. It was only after a few days at home that I noticed the loss. After calling Michels Hotels, I was informed that my item had been found the same day and it was sent to me immediately. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much.

Beautiful rooms, actually a great location, but when the bar on the other side of the street opened in the evening it was no longer possible to sleep.Will make sure to get a room on the other side next time I book. Because the guest house is really nice, and there is also a delicious breakfast...

The hotel is not far from the pedestrian zone with shops, pubs and restaurants. Accessibility is good by bus or on foot from the harbor (30 minutes). The reception is located in the Four Seasons Hotel. Breakfast is in the house and rich. The rooms are fully equipped except for a refrigerator.

I have been to a Michels house several times. I only have good things to say. This time the room wasn't great on the first day, it smelled extremely and there were minor problems here and there. After my complaint, I was immediately given a new room and given a discount on the room price. They apologized several times. Everything was so easy and everyone was so nice. I can more than recommend Michels' houses.

In the middle of Norderney. Less than 400m from the beach. Nevertheless, the night was very quiet. Family room was well equipped. Breakfast delicious, rich and large selection. Nice service and super child-friendly. We'd love to come back.

Better youth hostel!We are used to much better from Michels, narrow hallway, very noisy rooms, the bed was ok, but the bathroom, narrow, no windows and no vent, the core drilling was prepared, but no motor, doesn't work at all!!!The breakfast was rich and delicious, but unfortunately the staff was completely overwhelmed, various tables were full of used dishes, and there was no room for the guests!We were disappointed and will look for something else on our next vacation!

There were two of us and we booked a family room because we wanted to have a little more space in case the weather was bad - that can happen in April.The room was great, and it was wonderfully looked after every day when we were out - making the beds, washing glasses - something we've never had before.And the breakfast buffet was fantastic - we couldn't say what was missing. There was absolutely everything including fried eggs upon request. And the service lady was so attentive - great.If we went to Norderney again we wouldn't want to book anywhere else.

Everything was totally fine, the location is great!I just think that it can't be the case in 2024 that the WiFi is actually unusable because it is so weak that unfortunately it doesn't load anything.This urgently needs to be improved!!

A wonderfully clean room with bathroom and balcony, very centrally located, sometimes a little louder at night due to happy people returning home! The breakfast buffet is super varied, very tasty bread and rolls! There really is something for everyone! Very polite and friendly staff! Thank you very much!
