We were there with 17 people over Ascension Day. Everything was clean and tidy (except the grill). Enough rooms for everyone, bathrooms were sufficient. Living and dining area spacious. Kitchen a bit small, more than two people weren't possible. Beautiful surroundings, garden consists of two levels, both should be mowed. Dandelions calf high. Now the negative points: in some beds the slatted frame was broken and the boards could no longer be attached. Some were broken and taped. Or screwed crosswise with additional slats. The pillows are a joke! You could have slept without it. The be-all and end-all of a holiday home, guesthouse, etc. It depends on a good night's sleep, which was not guaranteed by the mattress, slatted frame or pillow. You should definitely invest heavily here.

We were here with 18 people for a weekend. Communication with the landlord worked smoothly. The kitchen is a bit small, but it was enough for us. Otherwise the price-performance ratio is right.

The house is in a quiet location, there are sufficient parking spaces in front of the house and nearby. With a tour group of 11 people, there was enough space. But more people can be accommodated. The entrance to the house is on the ground floor, with a large dining room, a small toilet, a living room with a play area and a television with satellite reception, a pantry and unfortunately a small, well-equipped kitchen, which can be easily used by several people if organized properly. The rooms are located on the 1st floor as well as in the 1st and 2nd basement, each with different furniture. There is something for every taste. Some of the rooms are equipped with a toilet/shower.There are spacious toilets/showers on each floor. The rooms and medical rooms are not up to date, but they are clean and sufficient. To the rear there are two large balconies and a terrace where there is access to the barbecue area and a small hut as well as other play equipment. The house is well suited for families with children. Pets are allowed upon request for a small additional fee.We didn't use WiFi.Communication with the landlord took place via email and was completely sufficient and satisfactory. We were satisfied and had a lot of fun and joy.Thank you 👍🏼

We stayed here for a week with 20 people and were very satisfied - of course there are criticisms, in the small kitchen, and a few showers are difficult to regulate - but the price and the friendly contact compensate for the somewhat overly positive rating. Quiet location, enough bedrooms and bathrooms, clean and reasonably equipped.

The holiday home was renovated after the change of ownership in 2020 and the outdoor area was also spruced up. Romantic green oasis for family gatherings, friends meetings or company parties.

We were guests there as a large family...The house is getting old. Unfortunately, this is noticeable throughout the house and from the outside. The outside facade, the balconies and the stairs to the garden are in need of renovation and if you do If you want to use it, then only with the utmost caution. The rooms were dirty (cobwebs on the ceiling, on the walls, on the curtains, etc.)Some of the mattresses were very sagging. When a complaint was made at the end, all they said was, oh why didn't they say anything, they could have gotten a new one, Why they didn't change it beforehand because it was a known defect remains a mystery to us.Some rooms smelled unpleasant and even after airing them several times, the smell came back. The bathrooms are no longer up to date and in many corners you can see areas that have been painted over or corners that have been poorly patched. The games room was available, but there was no dart board, the table football cannot be played properly because parts were loose or the broken areas had said goodbye to the glue. The projector is no longer up to date because it lacks an HDMI connection and was therefore unusable for us.There was no vacuum cleaner. The dishes and the kitchen had seen better days. The stove too.Probably sufficient for people and groups with low demands. But the rent you have to pay for it is a disgrace. For me the price-performance ratio has no relation.Once and never again!

It was only upon departure and our defect report that it became clear that this was known. In room 9 the mattresses were extremely worn out. On the middle lower floor the last room stank. Then it turned out that it was coming from the outside wall. It is or was damp. My granddaughter had a constant fever and cough. Nothing left at home. The rooms were dusty. No vacuum cleaner available. Brought a little one of our own. Dart game was no longer available. The foosball table needs to be repaired.Good thing there are two refrigerators. And two Bobby cars. A screen with a projector upon request is unfortunately outdated. Plugs didn't fit. If the group is spread across several floors, it will be quiet, even if there is a lot going on upstairs. Upon request, a cutting board and coasters were brought. The steps to the barbecue area are covered in leaves and therefore slippery. The hut next to it is not very inviting. Our conclusion: A richer experience. Not again.
