The Bergeshöh house is already getting on in years and urgently needs renovation. All furniture, carpets and wallpaper are tattered, various lamps do not work and unfortunately everything is very unclean. When we arrived we not only found the used cleaning cloth and empty water bottle in the window sill but also the previous tenant's pasta behind the coffee machine...The smell of nicotine in the stairwell is unbearable. The price is not acceptable for the demolished property, as an additional energy fee is charged per person and then additionally. Only the location of the house is great.

A very nice apartment! We felt so comfortable that we booked it straight away for our next short trip.The entire interior has a rustic and cozy charm and is in the eclectic style.The kitchen is extremely well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean.The location is great, everything is within walking distance.The landlord is always available by phone, friendly and helpful. The caretaker on site is also super friendly.

Spacious old building - holiday apartment with charm. We and our dog felt comfortable, very nice welcome. The kitchen needs a basic cleaning. Partially already renovated, a landlord who takes care of it. Thanks for the nice weekend.

The colorful apartment was okay overall. You were aware beforehand that you would be staying in a charming old building with creaking floorboards. Nevertheless, something would have to be modernized here and there. The sofa bed had its best days behind it. The dishwasher hardly cleans at all, is also completely loose in its holder and tilts towards you when the door is open. You could donate some fresh dishes, pans and glasses. There are hardly four or six things that are the same and the pans are rocked. The biggest point of criticism, however, is the cleanliness of dishes, cutlery, pans, pot lids, sieves, extractor hoods and on and under furniture, as well as the fact that the stairwell smells really disgusting of cold cigarette smoke that makes your stomach turn. The person who welcomed us was a bit rude and unfortunately didn't know about our booking with a dog and that we also wanted to use the couch as a place to sleep. The contact on the phone was very friendly.The location is really great. The bathroom with shower is great and the area is perfect for walking the dog.

We were guests at Haus Bergeshöh for the second time and felt very comfortable! The house impresses with its spacious apartments and cozy atmosphere. The location is sensational! Everything is within walking distance - which is a real advantage as a family😊.

I didn't find the apartment particularly clean and a renovation was urgently needed. The place and the surroundings are very beautiful, highly recommended. I wouldn't book the apartment again

We have each other very wellfelt in apartment 3 and were pleasantly surprised. The view is great, but the bathroom could be bigger. The location is also very good. Would love to come back.

The holiday home consists of three apartments and is very well maintained and clean. It has a traditional charm and lots of space. It was recently renovated. The proximity to Wurmberg is great, especially with children. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately, the holiday apartment is very old and the price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. It's a mystery to me why this holiday apartment has such good reviews on Booking. The bathroom is extremely small, mold in the joints, the paint and foil pictures are peeling off. Wallpaper and floor are very unprofessionally processed. At least you have a nice view over the city and it's not far to the lift.
