Small, rustic inn right on the Main. Great food, very large portions. You should be really hungry. A little tip: reserve in advance, especially before public holidays

We stayed at the motorhome parking space belonging to the restaurant, so we cannot provide any information about the rooms.The food was very good, but it's worth reserving a table early as the restaurant is very busy.It's also worth booking breakfast here, it was very good and very filling. The owners were very friendly.

We know the inn from its predecessor. We were really impressed by the friendliness of the service and of course the FOOD. Schnitzel but 100% as it should be... My wife's steak was also TOP. The absolute killer, however, were the French fries 🍟... We have NEVER eaten such good ones as far as we can remember. All around... SAUGUT (Franconian Bassd scho) We'll be coming from Munich soon with our children to enjoy the cuisine and service!!! We have already advertised the Gasthaus Zum goldenen Anker, Segnitz... Walter & Brigitte Vierrether, Kitzingen.

We had dinner here at the inn. Incredibly friendly and loving service from the waitresses. Questions were answered politely and even small special requests were gladly fulfilled.I had the rump steak/medium rare with potato chips. It was so delicious. And approx. 250gr as a quantity is quite inexpensive for today's price. The homemade herb butter with the onion jam triggered various taste explosions🤩. The friends had the smoked trout and the cordon bleu. Both were also incredibly delicious.Highly recommended. Gladly again.

Very nice service. Even though we hadn't made a reservation, we were seated straight away and were kindly told that the meal might take a little longer because we had to process the reservations first. It still went pretty quickly. Food was very tasty, would love to come back.

Friendly service, good breakfast. Instead of baked rolls, fresh bread and rolls from the bakery would have been better. Good dinner with a small but sufficient selection. Nice little outdoor area, but it also needs some maintenance. The prices are acceptable. Unfortunately, the house and the rooms are in dire need of renovation in the style of the 60s and 70s. The location is top for the place. There are parking spaces directly 100m further on the banks of the Main.

On our motorhome trip we found this beautiful place in the Stellplatz app for a small fee. The owners of the restaurant offer idyllic parking spaces with electricity connections for around 10 mobile homes directly on the Main. The restaurant/pension itself is directly opposite. Super nice and the food was excellent. Everyone can find something delicious to eat here. You are also welcome to take advantage of the breakfast offer. There is no information about this because we didn't use it. A tip: if you would like to use a parking space, even for several nights, call shortly beforehand and ask, as there are no reservations.Sophia

We are thrilled. The Golden Anchor team works hard to ensure that the guests have a good time. The food was very tasty and extensive.If there were 7 stars I would have happily given them!!-Thursdays are a day off.-We'll definitely be back.Highly recommended.

We found it wonderfully great with you. We stayed overnight and had dinner. Everything was perfect 👍 There were three of us and our white German Shepherd Lasko was also there and he was allowed to go to the restaurant in the evening and morning 👍 Thank you very much and see you soon 👋 and the food was delicious

Quiet camper area on the banks of the River Main. Under the plants.You pay 7.50, an amount to be left in an envelope with your name and the vehicle's license plate written on it. There is an electricity connection for €1 for 12 hours.If it rains it's not great as it's on dirt.

Cozy, clean room - lovingly furnished, friendly service, very tasty food - in large portions, breakfast was also great, great value for money, in a nice area -> everything was great and I would like to come back!
