We were there for dinner. Despite the full house, the food was served very quickly. The service staff were nice and attentive. The food was plentiful and tasted excellent. The red cabbage in particular is a poem.

We stayed at the country hotel for one night at the weekend.The rooms are clean, tidy and inexpensive.Although we have a total of 36! Once people checked in, everything went smoothly.The restaurant is excellent and the selection is impeccable. At breakfast there was everything your heart could desire and it was constantly replenished.The landlord is an original and personally said goodbye to us at the door.Very happy again and many greetings from the fire department comrades

We did about a 10 day trip around Franconia with our bikes and overall, this was our favorite hotel. Ironically, we had initially booked another hotel in the area that cancelled our booking less than a week before, and we ended up being glad they did. Would def recommend - friendly and comfortable and very accommodating of secure overnight parking for the bicycles. If we’re ever in the area again, I’d choose this hotel.

Great service - despite the restaurant being full and only 2 people in service. Portions were large and everything was very tasty.

We were guests for dinner with 3 families and children. First of all: the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. The service was very nice and the children were warmly looked after, including lollipops when they said goodbye. The only criticism: please add 1-2 more service staff. Thank you very much, we would love to come back! :)

Restaurant only.Pleasant restaurant decorated in the typical style of the area. Very friendly and courteous service. Dealing with children is very friendly, patient and humorous. The food is very good, always seems fresh and plentiful. Reasonable prices and ample parking.

Hotel in a good location. Room size is completely sufficient. Enough parking spaces available. Food is very good and service is friendly. To Pottenstein approx. 4 km. Will definitely come again

Hotel:Room on the 2nd floor, clean but small. OK for 2 days, but too small for a longer stay. Very warm when the weather is nice. Everything is available for breakfast if you come early. Sausage was refilled, but scrambled eggs and bacon were sold out twice at 8:30 a.m. and were no longer restocked, even though breakfast was offered until 10:00 a.m. When asked the comment: “the early bird catches the worm”. Price-performance ratio doesn't quite match for the area.Restaurant:Daily changing menu, very good and tasty food, friendly and courteous service and always a little funny saying.
